i grew up w/ sonic since his first appearance and liked the fact that i could take my time or go fast if i wanted to. then dreamcast came out and gave sonic a whole new look. nice but i wasn't as attracted to the gameplay as much. this game, however, really looked great so i got it and was big time impressed! the game is FAST! faster than the last few ones and tho i can take my time going slow if i wanted, i kept wanting to keep the speed up. the grading system is the same as the last few ones and it keeps you wanting to do the levels over and over even if you've already beaten them like 20x just so you can get a better score! the camera is also constantly moving w/ you whether you're behind sonic er the his side and even then it's not linear. controls are very simple too great game! definitely recommend even it this isn't your style game.

I bought this game after playing the demo at Best buy. my son loved this game. and really what a difference the graphics make on the PS3 edition of this game. My son played it so much and enjoyed sonic for the first time he wanted this game. Of course had to pick it up! the challenge is great for kids and adults alike can finish the game pretty quick due to sonic's speed. Its really fun watchin my kids play this title! thanks for not only a great experience playing the demo at Best buy doing so is why I purchased it! Thanks best buy

the game will have nice and distracted for a long time. its a long game just a little bit longer the GEARS OF WAR, and GEARS OF WARS 2. it will keep you wanting to keep playing like you dont want to stop for a bathroom break, or to go to sleep.
