I have these for several months now. I wear them for hours at a time several days per week. The fit and finish is equal the best similarly priced headphones and as good as Bose QC Ultra 1 but with a more luxurious "feel" and no creaking. Yes these are plastic but premium feeling plastic with better feel than Beats, Bose or Sony, imho. The sound is top drawer for Bluetooth. The ANC is much improved with the current firmware update and just a bit below Bose QC Ultra or Airpod Max 2. The earcups are deep so larger ears fit well if I am any example. I got mine for $279.00 USD (at Best Buy) which makes mine feel even better. Would I pay $399 manufacturers retail price. I'm not sure, my credo passed on for generations is, "Never pay retail if you can avoid it." They can be bought from Sonos at the Refurb store for what I paid for mine new so I'd go there unless a big retailer had a sale on them. Mine are black, I have never seen the white ones discounted at all. For me the phone app is parsimonious but not lacking anything I prefer. Highly recommended.

These headphones are my first experience with any Sonos products, but I've always been familiar with the quality of their soundbars. I read and watched a lot of reviews and decided to try these out. I'm definitely glad I made that decision. I've tried a lot of the different high end headphones—Sony's XM4 and XM5 as well as the Airpod Max and these definitely hold up against those. All of those are great headphones but (and I still love my Sony XM5s) the noise cancelling on these is amazing. I really feel like these do the best of blocking out ambient noise and also deliver really nice sound, especially the bass. Another thing I've really liked are the buttons, they're easy to tap to turn on the headphones or adjust the volume. My issue with the Airpod Max was that, asides from the volume dial, was that there were too few controls and I hated that I couldn't manually turn them off. No such problem with the Ace's. Also, the foam is really comfortable and I've been able to wear them for extended periods of time with little discomfort.

I bought the Ace because I wanted ( not needed) a pair of over air headphones to run alongside AirPod pros , so after extensive online research plus I already had a Sonos system installed at home I decided on them . I found them ok even to a point of ‘did I really want them , but I found that everytime I wore them the more I liked them .why. The fit was good but got better, the sound was ok but got great , the presentation , look , feel and quality was my ‘oh yeah’ out the box . So now as far as my Ace is concerned they are a need and a must . If you don’t mind returning the head adjustment to default for it to fit back in the case then you’re good to go . I’m stoked by the Ace I can now say whenever I unzip that carrying case I smile .

These headphones are outstanding. The sound is crisp and full. The over-the-ear design is very comfortable. They are easy to operate. The run time is impressive. I like 'em.

I currently own 2 of these and they're incredible... I use them at the gym, at home to watch TV at night, and on the phone. The quality is outside and they are remarkably comfortable, even with earrings. Eventually my entire family will have these.

Incredible sound, seamless TV to headphone switching, user friendly, and good battery. The noise cancelling is great, the buttons are very easy to work with, and they are extremely comfortable for all-day wear. The only thing the AirPod Max has over this is the noise enhance mode.

My wife enjoyed these, she got them along side a set of Bose. She switches between the two, these are what she prefers for meetings/zoom calls

If you are in the market for high-end headphones and you own a Sonos Arc soundbar to swap audio between that and your other devices, these are exactly the addition you'd want. The audio with Atmos sounds fantastic, and you can use them as audio-only headphones while video gaming (via that Arc connection) with no detectable latency. If you DON'T own an Arc (or other Sonos soundbars that are supposed to get support in the future) and already have a higher-end set of headphones at around this price, I don't think these warrant a purchase to switch over to these. If you don't have another headset already and you're looking to get one, your use-cases will be the priority. The cushioning on these feel very comfortable, but my ears are bigger and these sometimes cause a bit of pressure on the top of my right ear in particular. When that's not an issue, though, I love wearing them.

Great sound quality, very comfortable, and great battery life. I'd say these are slightly better than my Air Pods Max. My only problem with them is they seem to have a weird issue with certain frequencies when I have them plugged in via the 3.5mm cable that they come with.

Let me start by saying I bought these when they were $100 off over the holidays. I would not pay full price. ANC is excellent right uo there with Apple. Sound quality is great for boty movies and music. If you have any Sonos sound bars the transfer to headphone feature is nice. I do wish that sound would continue on sound bar but it stops. (That way other people in the room can still watch the movie or show but you can listen at your own level) The one thing that holds these back are the fact that they do not get very loud. Ive tried both movies and music and I’m left wishing for a little more volume. Other than the volume issue these are a really great product.

I love this headset! I can separate myself from the noise and transcend into an immersive oblivion. Sit in the dark with an instrumental masterpiece and experience every note where it is intended to be spacially with Dolby Atmos Or Watch a Movie/TV program in Dolby Atmos and hear sounds directly overhead. I even feel the rumble in my feet! I highly recommend Sonos Ace Headset for everyone who delights in a full mind & body immersive experience.

I first test these headphones at Best Buy using the display unit and was enthralled with the sound signature I was hearing. However once I got them home and compared them to my Sennheiser Momentum 3’s and 4 ‘s there was a significant improvement in sound and even though I bought them at a ridiculously low price I couldn’t justify keeping them when in comparison to the 60 hours of battery life available on the 4’s minimized any downtime. I thought it may have been a problem interfacing with my IOS devices(iPhone/iPad) but I did try using a Lenovo android tablet and basically got the same results. So sorry it didn’t work out for me since I’m not invested in the Sonos universe but you like what you like,so these maybe for you,unfortunately not for me .

I've been a Sonos system geek for over a decade with my whole house wired and wireless and at my fingertips. I held out but finally added ACE to the system and love that I can use while watching TV and everyone else can listening to the soundbar and speakers. They deliver fantastic sound and great voice clarity. They are also most comfortable headphones I've ever owned!

Best in class headphones at this price point. I've tried them all, and between the fit, connection and sound quality these beat out AirPods Max (too heavy), Sony XM5 (too bassy and cheap materials), and Bose (materials not great and too Bose-y).
