Lots of connection issues. Love Sonos (I have 6 products in my home and will purchase more. However, I’m having major connectivity issues, and it seems like it’s getting progressively worse. The unit after being plugged in to a verified working charger will not power on, then after hours will randomly turn on. I’m going to return and exchange in hopes that I just got a bad unit

Good but not incredible sound quality, and great noise cancellation, as well as the best transparency mode that’s not by Apple. In a world without the XM5s or AirPods Max it would be a go to.

I might have gotten a defective piece for that reason I returned. I found the sound little hallow and not to the likes of Bose QC or Sony XM5. One push switch to connect to your existing sound system felt magical
It's disappointing when a product doesn't meet expectations, especially when comparing to other high-quality brands like Bose or Sony. The one-push switch feature to connect to your existing sound system is indeed convenient, but the overall experience should be satisfying. We here at Sonos hope your next audio experience is much more enjoyable.

Very disappointed the headphones do not work through WiFi and very limited use in the Sonos system. The sound is great but should be able to use same as any other Sonos speaker.
While Sonos headphones like the Sonos Ace are primarily designed for Bluetooth connectivity rather than WiFi like our Sonos speakers, we understand the desire for a seamless integration experience. Your feedback about wanting more functionality within the Sonos ecosystem is noted, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

I purchased these to pair with my Arc Ultra, specifically for late night use when the family is asleep.

Bought them and took them back 2 hours later . If you like the features then great , like the tv to headphones was cool , and for movies it was alright but for Music . It was a joke. like 0 bass and all highs.

Bought excellent condition open box. Was supposed to have all accessories but didn’t have the charger or case. Store employee told me “well you can buy them new instead if you want”. Returned and did not replace because I did not find them to be worth the hassle or frustration.

Worked great for 1 year and 4 months of occasional use in the office. Wont charge, wont default, no lights even trying a known good charger and 3 separate known good cords.
Sorry to hear you are having connection issues to your soundbar. To clarify, Sonos Ace is currently compatible with Sonos Arc for audio swap. You can set it up directly through the Sonos App once Sonos Ace has finished the initial setup. I hope this helps!

Decent sound but does not compare to AirPods Pro. Great for anyone in the Sonos eco system
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you find the Sonos Ace beneficial within the Sonos ecosystem. We understand that sound preferences can vary, and we're always striving to improve. If you have any specific suggestions or features you'd like to see, please let us know!

Sonos headphones: Average sound quality, basic features—decent but underwhelming for the price range.

I have quite a few of the Sonos products whether it’s for outdoors my living room, so I assume that headphones are gonna be as equal quality. If not even better, but totally a let down. I do not recommend based off of their other equipment.
