Powerful and full featured!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sonos is super easy and makes listening to all kinds of streaming services easy and fun. This amplifier will drive just about any 8ohm speaker and it sounds good. I like the line-level sub woofer output so I can drive a 2nd amplifier for my subwoofer speaker. Setup is easy. My only complaint is that I have old Sonos speakers and mixing new and old limit the capabilities of the new devices. Poor planning on Sonos' part. This amp lives in my basement and drives two outdoor speakers on my patio. Great to sit down, pull out the phone and turn up the music on a nice day.

Powerful Amp ... toss the receiver!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic amp. Powerful and streams music directly from my iPhone to speakers that I have hooked up in my backyard. No problems. Why did I hang on to my receiver -- which was a piece of garbage compared to this?

Lil’ Powerhouse.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had my outdoor speakers running off the rear channel of our Marantz receiver but a lack of tone controls left my Definitive Technology AW6500WHI speakers sounding a little flat. I kicked around buying the Sonos Amp but due to a lack of availability I just kind of forgot about until recently. I have to say that hooking up the Sonos Amp not only woke the Def Techs up but prompted me to buy an outdoor sub which this amp powers with ease. I’m now annoying the neighbors with bass tracks just like I did as a teenager! Seriously though, if your on the fence don’t be… it’s well worth the investment.

Best whole house steaming platform!
||Posted . Works perfectly to power in ceiling and outdoor speakers with clarity all under control from the Sonos control app. Highly recommended!

Expensive, but... I
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive, but if you are committed to the Sonos universe, you are stuck. Easy set up and high quality are apparent. Lack of knowledgeable support at store is disappointing. Satisfied, but costly.

Best Kitchen Power Tool!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using Sonos products for over ten years and this is the coolest component I've bought yet. We recently remodeled our kitchen and are using this amp to drive two Sonos Architectural In-Ceiling Speakers. The amp has plenty of power, modern connections, nice touch controls, and is discrete, mounted on the lower side of a cabinet (just below the counter top) next to the speaker cable port. We're using the Flexson Wall Mount and cover which works great for holding the amp and hiding the cables. Very cool amp! Highly recommend it for floorstanding, bookshelf, or in-ceiling powered speakers.

Amazing with B&W 683 tower speakers!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have several Sonos products and have been very happy with them all. I love my Sonos soundbar+sub setup for the family room. This amp would be powering my B&W 683 tower speakers. I was concerned with whether this "little" box could really power the towers enough. But wow, this thing is amazing. Simply awesome, awesome, awesome. I will definitely have no more use for my Marantz SR7005. The sound produced is just amazing in a 4.1 setup. Others mention they were concerned about no center channel, but I can agree and say that I don't miss it. This amp is probably the best piece of audio equipment I have ever purchased and so far I am extremely happy with it.

Powerful amp
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super powerful amp. It worked with non-sonos speakers; and the setup was pretty straightforward. I’d highly recommend these! The best part is they work great with Airplay and I can pair then with other my bose speakers over Airplay.

Easy to use home sound system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well with the app, easy to use and sounds great. It does give off more heat than I had hoped in a cabinet. I asked that specific question and was told it would be low heat and the installer stacked them. But they get pretty hot so I leave the door open a lot. Be aware if you have low signal areas in your house it gets spotty, cuts songs off, etc... But overall it works well.

Good Product
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product works great. Has plenty of power for the small speakers I'm running from it and I plan to purchase a couple more of these for other rooms wired in my home. Easy to setup and install. It is a bit on the pricier end of things, but there's not a lot that can duplicate the ease of use and setup for multi-room audio.

impressive addition to my Sonos system
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as a replacement for an old, non-functioning Sonos Connect. This a high quality, easy to set up component. Noticeable sound improvement. A bit pricey, but absolutely no regrets.

Great amplifier
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice integrated amplifier. Sonos is the key here. The Sonos ecosystem is worth it over Bluetooth and the like. Airplay 2 is really helpful as well. Line in support works great with our turntable and preamp. Wish there was a built in preamp but that probably messes up the setup of a compact amplifier. As for sound we are running big floor standing DCMs and they sound great. Plenty of power through the range. The Amp doesn’t get hot and is so inconspicuous. I’d say the Amp is a little bass-light. Had to change EQ settings a little bit. But overall we love the Amp and the flexibility it adds to our speakers.

Sonos Amp in office
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went with this Sonos for my office as the amp that was in there was stolen by the workers renovating the office. One of my colleagues recommended the Sonos Amp to run the 5 speakers that were already installed in the space. So I did not need to have Sonos speakers to utilize this. I am able to control the master volume etc from my phone and still allow other people to connect and run music etc. It is has been a perfect addition for me!

Sonos Amps great product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sonos is Amps are outstanding allow you to have great sounding music throughout your home both indoors and outdoors. They make it simple so simple to listen to music with the app. I love it and my wife now can easily control the music and volume. I have a total of 3 amps . One is pushing a couple of bowers of Wilkins 702 series and a sub sounds great.

Great option for a space not suited for a soundbar
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to drive two passive front floor speakers in order to replace a Sonos Arc Soundbar that under-performed due to 20+ foot ceilings in my great room. The Arc Soundbar was also driving two Sonos Era300 surrounds and a Gen 3 sub to deliver my 5.1 set up. Unfortunately, the Sonos Amp does not support the Era300 surrounds, leaving me with a very expensive 2.1 set up with the Era300's simply being additional front speakers positioned where surrounds would normally be. This was a HUGE surprise to the store designer and the store install team, not to mention me, since the Era300's are not cheap. Best Buy management did the right thing and swapped out my Era300's for Era100's which DO connect as surrounds to the Sonos Amp, so I'm back to my 5.1 set up. THANK YOU BEST BUY for doing this!
