This Ultra is a decent upgrade but ensure your system is eArc capable to maximize the sound. There is a difference when just using ARC. Solid product.

Basic setup was easy. I managed to get it to play atmos from my Roku, and in parallel with my Onkyo/Klipsch setup with audio in sync. Had to buy a third party hdmi splitter for that.

I did have quite a problem getting it to work with my new TV. The instructions are inadequate to get it to work quickly. However, after much effort it now works and sounds great.
