Until now the "buy of the century" for me. Listening to perfect quality music in my living room and bedroom: it has never been that easy before! Thinking about expanding my music network. Installation is a breeze, thanks to the clear manual and software for PC / MAC. Once installed you don't notice it's there: just listen to music from you network hard drive, internet radio or from services like Deezer/Napster/... The Sonos controller is responding fast, no delays noticed, the iPhone Sonos App is working great too, but less optimal compared to the Sonos controller due to the restrictions Apple imposes on the developers for applications (like no multi-tasking). The interface is super simple, even my girlfriend understood it without asking me. The music quality is perfect as well. Finally a perfect match for my custom build loudspeakers. Already got two friends to buy it as well. In a few words: perfect easy to use music system Positive note for my BestBuy shopping experience: I come from Europe, purchased the product online with store-pickup in New York. Went to the store, friendly and very helpfull staff directed me to the pick-up desk and a few minutes later I walked out of the store. BestBuy does what it says: simple and clean buying experience. Highly recommended as well.

I wish I knew about Sonos earlier, this device is the solution to what I've always been looking for, a device that brings my whole music library into the palm of my hands. I set up wireless zones by my pool and on all 3 levels of my house, the product works so perfectly so far. The best part about it was that it was instant satisfaction in that it took all of 10 minutes and 4 simple steps to set up. Who knew setting up a multi-zone music system could ever be this easy! Some would say the price of this product is high but I honestly would have paid triple this amount for what the product provides. Overall, I would say this was the most satisfying electronic device that I've ever purchased! Everyone I've shown it to so far has gone out and bought it!

The Sonos system works as advertised. After reading about the alternatives/competition, I decided Sonos was the best choice. The BestBuy employees didn't know anything about them. It is sold in the Magnolia Theater, where you would think employees would be at least a little knowledgeable. The experience of buying these Sonos systems at BestBuy was awful at the Jordan Landing store. Now, the Sonos system works great. I'm very impressed. The free software for the iPod touch makes an excellent controller. However, I do like the controller that is included in this package. I had four zones wired with speakers in the house I bought but the speaker wires did not go to a central location. The ZP120 worked great. The ZP90s were hooked up to AudioEngine powered speakers, and they sound good too. The Sonos zones get the music from a NAS, so it isn't dependent on a computer. Thus far, I haven't used any of the music services that are supported. We enjoy listening to Internet Radio stations, once in a while, but mainly listen to our own music on the NAS.

Worked right out of the box. Adding aditional zones was not a problem at all. The fact that it works with the ipod touch is simply awesome (I would have paid extra for the software). The bundle remote could be slimed down to be more the size of a touch. I have a 2T drive connected to my router and am able to access my tunes seamlessly. The system has some great features like alarms and sleep modes. For anyone looking to purchase a home.. strongly consider this system.

easy, fast, simple, great sound - i didn't want to drill holes to run hard wires and I am SO pleased with the results of Sonos. Music throughout the house, and the remote is SO amazingly cool and functional. I did not like that it had to be hardwired to ethernet, thereby forcing one of the stations to be where my router is.
