I love Sonos, and love their products. I still give it a 5 stars because the other things it can do and how loud it is. only one issue I have is the bluetooth the lack of connections when I use my tv and when watch a movie the words are delayed from the speaker Sonos and that is the only disappointment.

While most of the other Sonos products are pretty good, this one fails to meet expectations. The first time i used it on a bike ride the volume shot down to zero and continues to exibit this problem. Also the power button sucks and is not easily manipulated. The sonos roam seems to always power up when charging as well even after powering off which is super annoying. You can’t adjust the bass and treble on bluetooth either which sucks to. Sound is sub par for the price as well. I hope sonos is able to remedy these problems with software updates. For now I’m stuck with it unfortunately.

Great for its features. If you want the best sound, look at the Bose Soundlink Mini, but for the best features, this is it. Airplay, Sonos app compatibility to play music without connecting to a phone.
I would recommend pairing with another for great stereo sound.
However, -1* for not being able to pair in stereo on Bluetooth and not great battery life and clunky button use (how do you power off or change to BT or BT pairing mode?).

Bluetooth pairing needs software review

To pair it with my other Sonos speakers for Wi-Fi it pairs easily. When pairing for Bluetooth it's a bit buggy in my opinion. You turn the speaker on, the white 'on' light which also indicates Wi-Fi connections blinks, then when it stops blinking you press and hold the power button again and wait for a tone and the white light blinks blue until it connects with your Bluetooth source-- PC, phone etc. It just takes too many tries to get it to work. I suggest Sonos work on a software fix for this to make it easier. It also gives you an option to turn off the speaker in about 30 minutes if it's not receiving a Bluetooth signal. IF you are not aware of this option the speaker will run the battery completely down. Then you must start over to pair the speaker with the Wi-Fi system from scratch. The software should be changed, as it works with most other Bluetooth speakers, to always turn it off automatically if it does not get a signal within a period of time.

Great sound...hooks up to my Alexa/Pandora. Easy to use. Love the size and yet the sound is so powerful. I can bring it outside for the BBQs and listen to it through Alexa. Great little treat for myself

The sound quality is oh so excellent and the portability and waterproofing makes it 100x better. The true tune option and voice activated features truly sets this speaker apart from all the others.
