Love the sound, but a few annoying things: 1. I find it keeps dropping - have to add again 2. I thought I would have the flexibility to add both Amazon and Google assistant, but you need to choose one.... 3. Sonos just released the SL - which is basically this without the Mic - and it's cheaper should have gone with that 4. Worth a consideration the ikea Symfonisk - seems to work well, but had more issues to pair, and sound quality not quite as good, but half the price. I'm on the Sonos train as the sound is great, so if you already have one, great addition, if not yet down that path - have a look about. (Unrelated, but I have a soundbar which doesn't support airplay - that's annoying)

This speaker is amazing! Or maybe not since it is a Sonos after all. Definitely lives up to the praise Sonos gets for their speakers. The sound is excellent and once connected to my Echo it's easy to run. You do need the Sonos app to set things up and it's user friendly with no problems getting things done. There are lots of options for tweaking your sound experience and adding whatever music services you desire. Love it.

I bought this speaker to use outside in my backyard because another couple was coming over to hang out with my wife and I. (Wanted to keep all activities out of the house during this period of social distancing). The speaker was a big hit. Great sound yet it’s completely unseen as we keep it hidden. My wife and I now spend more time in the backyard than before thanks to that little speaker.

Easy setup and great sounds. I recommend a stand if you’re using them in your TV room

Speakers are great. Connects perfectly with Sonos app. Would be a 5, but Alexa won't turn music on with human voice prompt or set an alarm with voice prompt. Weird???

I bought 2 Sonos One (Gen 2) speakers. I placed one in my open concept main floor and my teenager immediately took the second one to his room. We all love the quality sound that fills the room. I particularly love being able to cook dinner and activate music hands-free using Alexa. I haven’t purchased a music streaming service and have been happy with the free music that Alexa finds. My teenager easily activated the Sonos app.

Superior sound that really enhances our viewing. Simple to set up and use.

Sonos One(Gen 2) smart speaker provides good sound and useful integration with Google Assistant (Hey Google - or Hey GooGoo :-) and Alexa. Linked with Spotify as well. Got to play Christmas season music and NPR shows. Does what we want with little effort. (Only problem is when our son tries to control his Google Assistant while we are on a video chat and Sonos tries to do it too :-)

Sonos speaker adds so much to your home. Sound is excellent and easy set up.

Really amazed at the sound level and the deep tone that I am getting with my Sonos speakers. One of the most positive aspects that I have found, these speakers are as listed, with being completely wireless. I found out the hard way, that other manufacturers promote the "wireless" capabilities, but the rear speakers are hard wired. Will continue to buy Sonos in the future.
