Customers are saying

Customers highly value the One SL Wireless Smart Speaker's exceptional sound quality, ease of use, and relatively small size, frequently praising its seamless setup and strong bass response. While some find the price point to be high, many appreciate the lack of a microphone for privacy reasons. The speaker's compatibility with other devices and its sleek design are also frequently cited as positive aspects.

Easy set up. Sounds great. Have speakers inside and out. All locations sound good. Happy enough to have gotten speakers for another house. So this is second set up. Have had other set for about a year. Very happy.

I added this along with my other Sonos One to make a rear speaker set up. And WOW! The easiest set up for a 5.1 system not to mention gray sound quality for the price. Then you add in the connectivity capabilities! WOW!

I wanted paired these with a Sonos Arc and Gen 3 Sub for a total Sonos Home theater solution. I have a very large room and these are mounted on the wall 8 feet behind my listening space. Back of my couch is open to a large kitchen dining bay window area. So I was concerned these might be weak. But with the app, you can set the level and it will also time align to your listening area. When I play music from Spotify to the Sonos Arc, Gen 3 Sub and these One SL's, the room sounds like a concert hall. I am blown away. I will absolutely buy another pair for my living room. I got the SANUS wall mount brackets that allow me to swivel, angle and tilt for optimal positioning. DO it! These are awesome.

These speakers are small and easily placed. The sound put out by these speakers is some of the best I've ever heard. With this system every one in the room can easily hear everything without the volume being turned way up.

Great sound, and the Sonos app is very functional. Easily added to our system, and have the ability to group speakers throughout the house to ensure we have sound everywhere or only in the rooms where we want it.

Adding another speaker to the office. Setup is easy. All you do is plug in the speaker and wait a couple of minutes then search for new speaker through your sonos app. Love these speakers and the sound is excellent.

I had the Sonos Beam in my man cave which is/was absolutely perfect for delivering that rich full sound that I wanted and heard about from Sonos. I recently purchased 6, yes 6 total Sonos Ones and SL"s. I added 2 of then in my man cave so I could have the surround sound experience, and then 1 in each of the bedrooms, 1 in the living room, 1 in the family eoom, and 1 in the garage. So not only do I have the Sonos sound quality playing thought the whole home +paired together), but I can enjoy the convenience of the Google assistant in strategically place rooms that allow me control all my Hue bulbs that I have throughout the whole house. So I get phenomenal sound and smartphone capability all with one set of devices. Love Sonos and HIGHLY recommend.

Can’t go wrong with a Sonos speaker. And with True Play enabled, you have the ability to use room correction and make any room sound amazing. Setup can sometimes be annoying if you have to reset it. But the App is where the products shine and why you join and continue to build on the Sonos ecosystem.

The sound and ease of use are off the charts! I have one speaker in my kitchen and in our front living room. The seamless transition and lossless sync are outstanding. I'm already thinking of adding two more.

I got a pair of these to use as surrounds with a Sonos Beam soundbar. These are the same as the Sonos One, except the SL does not have the Alexa voice assistant built in. But since I'm pairing these with the Beam that DOES have Alexa, there's no need to spend the extra money. As surrounds for TV and whatnot, they are almost overkill. But, with a little tinkering in the app, you can get more use out of them. I have them as full sound when in music mode, so it really fills the room and they sound fantastic. I also gave them some more volume when in TV mode as well. Now I feel like they are more worth it. A couple small issues. Once in a while the sound will start on the system but it takes a second for the sound to start coming out of the surround, one then the other. Odd. But they are not out of sync or anything, they just start making sound a second or two after the soundbar and sub. Just this last week, there was no sound coming from the right surround. The system couldn't see why and rebooting and looking for updates had no effect. I had to completely unpair and re add the surrounds for it to work again. It was odd, but hopefully a one-time issue. Overall, great sound, whether used as solo, in a pair, or as part of a surround system. As long as you don't expect the Alexa built in, its a better deal than the full Sonos One speakers.
