First off, the description was unclear about whether this was a factory refurbished item or other. I took the chance and was pleased to find it was indeed factory refurbished by Sonos. Packaged as new and looks brand new, as well. No issues with setup and it sounds great. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought a Sonos Playbar 3 years ago at full retail and when I saw this was on sale I had to purchase it immediately. One of the best speakers I own and will definitely buy more in the future.

I waited a long time to get this sound bar. The price was right and I’m really enjoying it. Not sure I can feel the difference between this and the beam. But I guess I need a bigger space to really enjoy all its features. Love Sonos.

In typical Sonos fashion, this soundbar is easy (almost fun) to setup. It looks sleek, has a great Sonos sound that makes dialogue clear and audio sound full and deep.

I was always a Bose buyer. From their first radio/cd player to headphones to the 321 DVD surround sound and most recently a sound at. Not anymore! This Sonos sound bar and subwoofer blow them out of the water!

YOU CAN'T TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRIX. THE SOUND OF THIS BAR IS HARD TO BEAT. MATCH IT WITH THE SUB AND YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO BRAG ABOUT.

Only wish that it came with a remote. Overall great sound.

This sound bar is amazing. I was skeptical about how it would fill a room but have been extremely happy. This was a great buy!

A great device for sure. be careful it does what you want it to do. uses optical rather than HDMI arc, and can't do airplay 2 unless another Sonos device that can is in the system. but if it meets your needs, and is priced at a discount as it's an older model, than go for it.

Wanted another sound bar for our game room. This one works just as good as the one we purchased brand new. Great sound bar.

Awesome soundbar. The calibration setup in the Sonos app really improves quality of sound for the room. Highly recommend.

This is the best speaker ever. I pair this playbar with my Sonos base and two Sonos 1. Great sounds.

Home theater install: The two guys from geek squad Glen and his partner made two trips to my house on the first day to set me up with a new Sonos sound system for my TV. They also stoped by my house a week or so later to help me with a technical issue with my Sonos system. They were extremely professional and helped me solve a rather complicated situation

Playbar from Sonos works well in the home, buying as refurbished was just a bonus.
