Mostly Sonos Happy

My biggest frustration is the inability to digitally adjust the quality of sound for my room since I use Android, which is not supported. This was not made clear to me when I purchased the system.

Terrible customer support

Now, you can't call them, you can't send an email and all questions are referred to a FAQ board. Subwoofer wouldn't sync with the room I wanted to use it in. Would sync with all other rooms. No joy from tech support so I returned the item
