The sub drops out every now and again when grouping ALL our components, but I'm not sure if it is because I've connected to an older Play1. Eventually I'll take the time to browse the Sonos forums to find a fix. Also, the glossy black does not match the rest of the components - but we knew that when we bought it.

Love wireless technology. This subwoofer is attractive and blends well with our decor. It adds a little "bounce" to the sound.

I bought this for my husband. After months of research, this was his final pick, and it is well worth!

This subwoofer in combination with the playbar gives a totally amazing sound whether you are playing music or watching a movie.

Probably better off with cheaper subwoofer. This sub cost me about $700 and it lasted only 3 years. Beginning with the sub’s “disappearance” from my Sonos app, I had a hard time turning the sub on. After calling and chatting with support team, they concluded that my Sonos sub had died. They stated that every product had undergone “strict quality check”. Well not in my case. They offered 30% off for the replacement. That means after 3 years I would have to spend another $400+. Perhaps another subwoofer? I have pictures of my dead sub that is still shiny. What a disappointment.

I like deep rich sounding bass, but I haven't been able to configure this to get that sound, or it doesn't provide that sound for listening to music. It works well with a surround sound set up, but not so good for just listening to music.

I'm really liking Sonos. Wish that I could connect directly to my iPhone as opposed to using the Sonos app.

The entire sonos collection is amazing. We love them so much we have speakers through our house and outside.

Pricey and does not add much to television shows but what a difference it makes on a good movie!

Tried the Samsung Atmos but did not like several features. Very happy with Sonos.

Happy with it. I can easily annoy the neighbors. I use it as a 5.1 with the rest of sonos.

I already had a Playbar and when I purchased this and two play 5’s, my system ROCKED!
