Quit after 1 year and 6 months, SONOS only offers a 12 month warranty. Once out of warranty, they will NOT fix ANY of their items. All they will do is have you send back the defective item and charge you 70% of the original value of your item for a refurbished one. In my case, they asked me for $530.00 and they keep the defective unit that they fix and sell again refurbished. So if you are in the market for a SONOS system, it is not worth it. At the beginning you will love the sound, however, you will not love it so much when they stop working after a year. So look somewhere else unless you want to throw your money away!!!!

Good addition to Sonos system for additional bass output. Had some challenges connecting to existing system but eventually works well

Sound is great , fills the room but does go in and out if you play for too long

Works great, was set up by the people with no trouble. Everything can be handled by my remote.

Very nice addition to the tv. Still not sure how the app. Works with tv and Sonos but something I will do in the near future.

Woofer fairly good sound in combination with the other speakers

We love it. The only question/concern we have is we aren't sure which direction it is supposed to face. lol

So far so good. Had a sound echo when we forgot to close the TV speakers. Thanks to Byron who helped us immensely

A little tricky to connect sometimes with multiple speakers and updates that have to be downloaded and synced.

Great speaker but not needed in the room we use and for what we watch so it was returned without a problem

All Sonos speakers must have a constant connection via wired internet to the Sonos Server. Sonos speaker WILL NOT CONNECT to via a hotspot, so you cannot use the system on a houseboat or RV. I learned this the hard way, after buying a sub, play base and 2 SL’s AND spending 2+ hours on phone with customer support.

While it does a great job, we wish it was a bit smaller in size.

This speaker is awesome. I want it to have more interface options though.

Sonos was a great purchase for our living room. Great theatre experience!

I bought this for my living room and ended up returning it. While the sound is crisp the bass is not very impressive. For $700 I was expecting it to hit much harder. I would have probably kept it if the price was in the $350-$400 range.
