I purchased this as "open box excellent" it was actually $200 less than a new one, but then the new ones went on sale for $100 off. I still figured for $100 less I would give it a try as "open box excellent" as supposed to be just like new. First thing out of the box I noticed it WAS NOT in excellent condition and had scratch marks and such. Figured I would let it to, but then I plug it in and it's not working. Obviously no one tested this thing before it went out. Very disappointed in this transaction.

Try to connect by using Sonos app and found unable to add existing TV Sonos surrounding system. Currently I have Beam and two Sonos One 2nd gen. Sonos App is the worst app prevent you add new product to existing other Sonos. I have to return subwoofer and possible return all new required Sonos speakers and Beam.
I am looking for replacement possible Nakamichi, I hear they have great sets to purchase.

Sorry to hear about your issues with pairing your Sub with your Beam 5.0 set up. The Sub should absolutely connect to the Beam and be able to be added to your existing set up. You should be able to pair your sub by plugging it in, opening your Sonos App, tapping on Settings, tap System, open the room you want to add the sub, tap Add Sub, and then follow the prompts.

These things are awful. First one kept disconnecting from my network and the second was dead out of the box. The bass is lackluster, its either too much or too little, the selector bar in the app skips too much space for an accurate adjustment. Not $700.00 worth of bass. As sonos will only let you utilize their proprietary equipment, My systems will just have to do without a subwoofer.

I had Geek squad come and set up an I home design service for a sound system for a large TV I purchased. It was not correct from the start and I’m quite disappointed with Best Buy as far as their in home services are concerned. I would not use them or recommend them again for anything other than picking up products I buy off the shelf.

The Sonos Sub stopped working after 18 months. Sonos customer service was not super helpful. Offered a replacement at a discount. A product like this should last more than 18 months. Very disappointing. After doing some research seems like this is common problem.

I purchased the Sonos sub from Best Buy on December 4, 2018 per my Best Buy Rewards account. Long story short the sub has blown already. I have the sound bar and sub in my family room connected to OLED. I might consider replacing with a Bose system. Very disappointing!

Bought this hoping to enhance our Sonos system. Tried for 2 hours to connect it and was unsuccessful. Brought in the installer who installed our entire system and he worked on it for 1-1/2 hours. Never got it to work. Returned it

Zero star for BestBuy...Not as described. A lot of scratches at the bottom. Suppose to be very good condition- like new, thats why I paid extra, should have gotten the cheaper open box.
