the sony are better than the beats and bose. Very portable that is not bulky. Long lasting with great noise canceling features

Did my fair share of research prior to buying these.. It was in between these and the bose qc35.. the ambient noise features on the 1000x made me pull the trigger. Sound quality 4/5 Design 5/5 Features 5/5 Quality 4/5 Bass 3/5 Battery life 5/5 The only issue I have is the materials used.. I have a big head and I feel that with repetitive use, the hinges may get worn out and break. I liked these headphones so much that I bought a 2nd pair for my wife when they went on sale.. buy them now!

I really love the deep bass and full spectrum sound of these Headphones. Sony makes great products so buy with confidence!

I loved the headphones, l loved the design and all of its features, however I was forced to return it because the microphone quality is so subpar I had trouble speaking on the phone or even using Siri. Indoors and outdoors alike, I constantly found myself having to take off my headphones and speak into my phone in order for others to hear me. Noise-cancellation is great, however. Ambient noise is perfect for hearing music while walking in the streets. It's just that I would expect a much better microphone quality on such an expensive device.

Cupping the ear to listen to announcements and volume swipes on the touch sensitive ear cup are good features. The noise cancellation is really good but there a couple out there better.

Sound is awesome and Noise cancellation is the best of all the headphones. The Sonys rival the bose but I chose bose at the end.

I bought these mainly for travel and for school and so far I am completely satisfied! I do wish the bass held its sound a little better but the overall quality of sound is awesome.

I moved into an open concept work space. I needed something to block out all the conversations around me so I could focus and for this one purpose, they are excellent. The sound is near perfect, especially in the mid range. They are comfortable to wear for long periods if the room is cool, my ears can get hot if it is warm. The battery life has lasted longer than advertised for me also. A couple things that I don't love, but are not deal breakers. First, they don't sound as great when I am walking around, I can hear the sound of my footsteps and the bass thumps a little. Secondly, I wish they paired wirelessly with my ps4. Overall, a very excellent product.

I love these headphones. Perfect to use on all the plane rides I have to take. Not sure if I could fly without them anymore.
