So quick story - took a flight to California from Ohio. Getting off I noticed there was a child sitting in front of me. I hadn't noticed her before, so I say to thr woman sitting next to me "wow, she's really good, i didn't even notice her!" The woman rolled her eyes and said "Those things must work really well" WORTH THE MONEY!!

I've worn these on flights for 7-8 hour straight with no issues on comfort. The "Quick Attention" feature is just awesome. The sound quality is excellent and can get better provided you use a hi res MP3 player. I've used the Bose quiet comfort headphones in the past and I'm enjoying the Mdr 1000x more.
