Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was willing to pay an extra $50 for these because the ability to choose different levels of noise control. The level of NC is so good that ambient, voice, and pause feature will come handy. However, these HPs fail at a rudimentary level by the ear cups squeaking when I walk and move my head. I rather have a cup off ear when I have to listen for announcements than hear squeaking constantly. I'll be keeping the Bose and returning these. Sony, please use better materials and I'll be happy to give your new HPs a shot.

When you connect it with Bluetooth, click sound occurs. Very nervous. I am worried about whether I should exchange again or just refund.
