The only way this loses to Bose is in comfort. Not to be mistaken that the headphone isnt comfortable; just that the Bose is far more comfortable. This one trumps Bose for Sound Quality and insane battery life of up to 38 hours. I am a light listener and usually a single charge lasts me a month!!! With the recent update Google Assistant is supported too.

Perfect headphones! They work seamlessly, hold a charge for extended periods, and they’re just gorgeous! I have coach calls all day and they are perfect solution to help me stay on the gay and not connected with wired headphones. Frees the port in my iPhone to charge up when needed. Sometimes I accidentally press the wrong buttons.

So good I purchased three pairs from Best Buy...one each for my sons. They had Bose 35s before. They were blown away by the headphones as well...

Although it’s pricy it’s still a good investment. Noise canceling works in very loud environments which is exactly the reason for this purchase.

Yes they do cost a good amount but you are really getting good quality. The foam around the ears is very soft and I ended up choosing these over the Bose that is comparable in price because of 2 things. Price (it was on sale and Bose was not) and when you cover the right ear, you can hear your surroundings! The noise-canceling on this model is great!

Since the first day I bought these headphones I've loved them. The battery lasts forever and when there are distracting sounds around me the noise cancling allows for good consentration (when doing school work). The only downside to them is when placed on high quality sound mode the music does cut quite a bit, other that that it was worth buying

These are probably the best noise canceling headphones I have ever owned. I use them for outdoor work, for general listening, for planes, and all around. Battery life is excellent. The controls are easy and intuitive. I was also able to hear everything I was listening too really well on a plane, which makes the ride that much better.

My old beats headband cracked and made them useless so I was uneasy to get these with some reports of cracking. I'll revise this review of anything happens to these. Sound quality is awesome. The app give really cool fine tuning capability to make the sound exactly how you like it. They agreed super comfortable and the ANC is great.

I purchased these as a replacement to my Bose headphones and I am pleased with the overall performance, fit, and utility. The one thing that I did not like is that I had to keep the cord connected to use for noise canceling (flights) only. This is a small inconvenience and does not detract from the overall experience achieved when using.

I recently purchased these for a flight and want disappointed. The sound quality and noise cancelling is great. I like the ability to adjust the EQ on the app. I had a pair of beats studio2 that I was never very happy with because they hurt to wear after a short time. My two complaints are these will eventually do the same to my ears and the touch functions on the right ear are a blessing and curse. I found that they will occasionally be triggered by clothes or something other than me. This only takes away from the greatness minimally.

I tried on every display and these Sony over ears were most comfortable. Love the easy to use touch sensitive earphone (swipe/tap to start, stop, answer calls, control ambient sound, etc). Was told that the quality of my voice was clear and crisp when used during phone conversations. Almost too good because closing my vertical blinds was apparently very noisy to the person on the other end. I just place volume on mute through my phone when use it for business conference calls. Impressed that I could walk pretty far from my phone without interference or interruption while using Bluetooth. Was pleased to discover that it came with a plug converter for Internationl flights! (I probably should have read the box-not sure if it mentioned it). Nice quality carrying case. I wish they folded up a little smaller like some previous (and older) headphones I’ve used but it’s not a deal breaker for me because they do so much more than any lesser expensive smaller pair. Charging chord is super short but it’s only an issue for me because of where I choose to plug them in. And of course music quality is great. I like them soo much I’m purchasing a second pair for a family member.

I was tired of my old pair of wired headphones getting caught on everything or everyone. I commute to work by train/subway and was constantly getting frustrated with the having a wire. These Sony wireless headphones are great so far. The headphones last over a week and sound amazing. No more worrying about a wire.

Just bought these before a trip to Paris. I used them for both flights there and back. Didn't have to charge the headphones once.

These headphones completely beat the competition out there by a long shot. These are the best noise-cancelling headphones I have ever used. Along with the crisp clear sound and the touch integration on the side of the earphones, Sony has really stepped it up. Highly recommend getting these over the other competitors.

Better noise cancelling than the first generation. In all that’s the only difference between the first generation and this one.

I’ve always been fan of Bose all my life but I’ll be honest this headphones will not disappoint you especially it had extra bells and whistles beside good sound NC and battery life. Good part? They have bigger discounts compared to Bose which rarely goes on sale. No hard feelings Bose ones are also good comes to sounds and NC.
