Did some research and found this Sony to be what I needed. Needed this for my 4k TV and my PS4 Pro and Xbox One S. Everything works better than expected and set up was super easy. Highly recommend this receiver.

I am not a big audio person. But this has awesome features, plays great, and Bluetooth setting allows me to pairing with me amazon dot. Great system and it is also one of the more inexpensive stereo system put there

This receiver has all the power you could want works excellent has plenty of features and options it's just a better version of the old one. Only hang up is every Remote you have in your house will turn it on.

Bought this Sony unit in March. It failed in October. Sent it out for service through Geek Squad. Took a month to get repaired. I haven't set it up yet as I am moving it to the family room to a lesser used TV. Bought a Denon unit for the main TV to replace this unit. Other than this, sound is decent and set up wasn't too bad.

My unit works well except some times when I switch channels on Directv the new channel is displayed with a pink hue. Changing channels one or more times -or- selecting another input source and then going back to satellite tv clears the problem. Seems to be doing it less over time. Annoying when it does occur.

This receiver has everything I need and more. I love that it links to my other Sony components for ease of use. The calibration mic works nice for setup of perfect sound for the room. Sound quality is awesome!

This exceeded my expectations. The only issue I've had is the HD pass-through from my cable provider sometimes requires me to 'refresh' the system by changing the channel before the picture shows on the TV. I've since changed to DirectTV and no longer have this issue - perhaps the cable box's signal. Nevertheless, very powerful with all the basic features - sounds like I'm in the theater - "turn it down" is what I hear daily!!! Enjoy the Bluetooth functionality. Wish the A/B speaker selections worked better, my B is setup outside and this system requires a minimal amount sound to be played simultaneously on the A channel (inside).. so I can't just turn it on outside. otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

Overall, this receiver has it all for the price. Bluetooth is awesome, surround sound is great, and whats really nice is that if you connect the bluetooth the receiver will turn itself on.

Unit is good. Easy to set up. Has great sound. I had purchased a sony to use and it would not work with a MacBook pro laptop going through the HDMI switcher. Returned it and the Pioneer works great.
