Best Sony AV Receiver in the store
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm very pleasantly surprised with the sound this receiver produces with my home entertainment system (Sony 4K TV, Sony 4K DVD player, Bose speakers). All work so well together through the AV Receiver as the hub. The remote is logical and easy to navigate the features and sound & video sources. Just love this set up. Best Buy salespeople were "10" in helping me put this together.

My research pointed me to this as a good receiver for price...also caught it on sale. Happy with so far as it powers my sony core speakers wonderfully. Only complaint is it autoshuts off after period of time with no sound signal, which is good- but it seems I can't set the shutoff time.

Great receiver but could be better

However, it is not as easily customizable as my previous receiver. Also, something to note, not a problem with the receiver, it's more of a Netflix issue, b it Netflix sounds pretty horrible in surround. Amazon video was much better and bluray was amazing. Overall, a great bargain for the price ($200).

Better than a 4K switch!

My new XBox one would only recognize my TV as 4K capable if connected to the HDMI 1 input. Found this at $200 clearance and picked it up. Annoying to have to select the "Watch" "Sat/Cable" buttons from the remote after turning on the T.V. and Sat receiver.
