Bought this with new speakers and subwoofer recommended by sales person. Hooked everything up and wow! Couldn,'t believe quality and clarity of sound. Movies, satellite TV, music, all sound great. Highly recommend.

I was looking for the best 5.2 or 7.2 system - but staying around the $200 price range. the next system up would cost double. yes, those have other features, but not worthy of double the price for me.

This receiver replaced an earlier Sony version I'd had for more than a decade. (Older one didn't do HTML) This one is the center of my 4K system. Loved the old one, even happier camper with the new receiver

Found it to be very easy setup and had enough ports for all of my electronics. Only wish there was a way to listen to my tv without surround sound without having to unplug it from the receiver.

Does everything I need! Lots of HDMI ports, ARC capability, wireless sync with mobile phones/'tablets for music. Just very cool, easy to setup, and my Logitech Harmony Remote setup flawlessly. Happy Consumer.

This is a very good entry level receiver. The options are basic so it's simple for the new enthusiast. The higher end receivers can get a little daunting with the amount of settings they have.

Purchased during black Friday sale. Everything runs through the receiver, eliminating remotes. Quick, easy set up in less than 30 minutes, depending on how many components you have. I had 3 to hook up.

At Half list price a Great value - bought this receiver the day before Christmas during the "season" deep discount sale. A fine replace,ent for the 15 year old Sony receiver it replaces (which died)

I've only had this receiver for a month now and haven't had any issues. If your looking for a receiver that has the bells and whistles of the more expensive models save your money and go for this one.

I'm happy with this receiver after 2 months. I really like the HDMI pass through so i am able to have just 1 HDMI cable running to the TV. Very easy to set up and use the auto calibration.
