I replaced my older Denon receiver with this Sony. I was originally disappointed in the sound quality but after some adjustments, the sound quality is better than my older Denon.

Was not too happy when my 3 year old Dannon receiver stopped working. Went online and found a quality receiver out if the box price for half what I paid for the Dannon. Hope it lasts twice as long.

Not only is this a GREAT unit , but it controls All of your video and audio needs by itself. Sound is Awesome with my 4 towers and sub in a 28 X 18 room it sounds like I'm on stage at a concert !!!

This Sony receiver replaced a Samsung surround sound system. The Samsung was sent back twice to fix an overheating problem. I LOVE this system and it makes Multiple HDMI units very easy to manage.

I replaced a more expensive Yamaha receiver with this one because the Yamaha did not have HDMI ports. The sound and picture quality of this Sony is just as good as the Yamaha at a much lower price.

If you're looking for 4k pass through then yes this is what your wanting to buy. I have PS4 pro and xbone s running through it to Sony 900e 4ktv. It's loud and simple is set up. System rocks

Pleasantly surprised. Great choice. EZ setup almost plug and play. Matched with the Sony Blu-ray and Sony tv. All items communicate seamlessly. I’ll repost in 6 months and let u know.

Purchased this for my 81 YO aunt. She had in wall speaker in two rooms and I needed A B speakers. Bluetooth rocks and the HDMI switching is superb. Also had outs for 2 Subs but did not need them.

Upgraded to this receiver since my 10 year old Sony receiver would not support HDMI & 4K pass through. Only annoyance is sometimes when starting home screen appears and must reset receiver.

hooked up to sony 4k 65in. also sony c siries speakers and 4k blueray. I cant believe how great this set-up is. IT rocks and shakes my house, hope the neighbors are ok with it..lol

This is a replacement for a 25 year old Pioneer receiver. It has everything that I require - Bluetooth, HDMI inputs and output, optical audio output. Great value for the price.

Does a good job for home AV, could have more/better EQ options. Bought it for the HD2 tuner, but have not been able to get the station in. For the price, it's still a good buy.

My hubby loves his home theater. I purchased over a year ago and no problems to date. Easy to set up and the Bluetooth is a must have as it replaced an old system.

I bought this receiver knowing that it would be used in my AV closet. All of our components just fit perfectly along with this unit. Love all of our options for sounds. Great product ..!!

The price was good. It has good power. I use it in my living room. I have some bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer for the output. An Xfinity box and a Samsung DVD player on the input.

Very good receiver for the money.... The last receiver that I purchased was about seven hours more than this one . We enjoy this one a lot more because he can also bluetooth

This was truly a great Buy I am very impressed by this product it has come in handy and has completed my home theater system I am now enjoying movies with sounds to the fullest.

This item was bought as a gift and my husband loved it. He used it for his home theater system and its working perfectly. It is pretty powerful.

Got this to power extra speakers I had around and connected it up to TV in my office. Works well with a Sony TV and produces reasonable sound - much better than tv speakers.
