Sony DVDs always work on all DVD recorders
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always purchase Sony DVD +R for my old DVD recorder. I use the disks to record for on air TV shows that I want to keep. I seldom have a problem with finializing a disk. There will be an occasional disk that I can not format but that may be 2 or less out of every 50.
