Hooked up very easily , controls are simple, and the sound is amazing. We feel like we are in a movie theater the sound quality is that great.

This is a really great soundbar with 3 HDMI inputs! I able to run video game, FIOS and firestick through this single device. Awesome sound!

I love this TV In all spectrums, quality, design and useability has all been great. Only caveat I would note is the first one I bought brand new shut off after a week in which I contacted Sony who couldn’t really help. Sent me a new battery but didn’t fix the problem so I had to return and get a new one from Best Buy. B.B. always had an awesome return policy, simple and easy. It was just the hassle that bothered me. Other than that, the new replacement has been going strong for more than 6 months now.

I love this item it sounds good and has a lot of features on it and if hooked up with the right T.Vann your football game sounds gooood

Decided to purchase this item to pair up with me recently purchased Sony XBR55X900E 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV.I'm very happy with the improvement in sound quality it's like being at the theater when watching movies.I decided to go the easy route and connected the soundbar with a single optical cable versus the HDMI cables to each of my tv accessories .My only slight gripe is the price I could have purchased similar sound bars that were cheaper but wanted to keep my entertainment system all Sony.

Great sound for TV viewing...especially movies. Easy on the eyes...blends with TV and surroundings. Won't watch any other way now.

Setup was difficult for some reason go figure with a Sony..volume at max was very low

This soundbar is what I was looking for. TV and movies are inhanced but not over done. Use bluetooth, and it bumps. I like.

Got this for my mum since she didn't want a whole surround system, it works great, great sound and much more less cables than a surround system.

I researched, including talking to sales rep for several months before deciding on Sony CT800 soundbar. I was advised by one salesman that it was a waste to buy a 2.1 channel soundbar as it only increases the volume but doesn't add to the sound but I assumed I could add a pair of rear speakers for a good price and come out better than buying an inferior 5.1. Well I didn't do enough research pre purchase, as now I'm finding there is only 1 speaker(Sony srs zr5) that may accommodate my ultimate goal and they cannot be found at any retailer and seem to be more expensive than the soundbar itself. I give it a 2 because it is loaded with features. It has bluetooth in and out so I can listen to music from my phone but also use bluetooth headphones with it for late night tv without disturbing others. It also works with my google home to stream music. If you're fine with a 2.1 setup just for increased volume, it's okay but I do feel that I wasted my money and wish I had a 5.1 setup instead. Anyone want to take this off my hands? Please

We got this as an everyday speaker for our TV. The quality is good and options for different types of listening are great.

This soundbar has been perfect for our needs. It sounds great, is very loud, & the subwoofer has nice base. I love not needing another receiver as it acts as its own receiver. It also syncs perfectly with our Google Homes to sync up music all throughout the house which is great for parties. Since then we have also bought two of the wireless speakers that sync with it to make a wireless surround sound system which also works great. Overall, well worth the money and one of the best purchases we've made.

This was a gift to my father a few months ago, it replaced his old surround sound. And oh my gosh. Such an amazing difference

I like the Sony sound bar system and amplifier in reasonable price, great quality and get the TV volume louder and crispy.
