Terrible sound quality

Can't get the wireless subwoofer to connect!

Very disappointed. I let return time pass before realizing I was never going to get decent sound. Decided to eat the almost 1K price tag. Gave it away. I was that disappointed with it. This Sony soundbar setup was easy right out of the box. I'm more than happy and have been recommending it to friends. Using ARC connection to 4K Sony TV and it produces fantastic sound and video. Buy this one. Highly recommend.
