    I find that it I have to constantly adjust the volume. The subwoofer is overpowering it drowns out the speech of the actors. Would not buy again.

    I had trouble from the first time I turned my tv on. I was told the sound bar would automatically come on but it didn't. I still can't get sound.

    Quit working after about 2 weeks for no obvious reason. Best buy sending repairman to fix in a few days.

    Sound is not that good. Paired it to a 900f tv and returned it.

    it broke the second week we had it, it had to go out for repair which was covered under warrenty, but it stopped working again, they would not repair or replace it, felt I lost my money, would of cost as much to repair it as to buy a new one, only a few months old. waste of money.

    This soundbar sucks and I would not recommend it. Tinny sound and goes on ad off without warning, extremely hard to adjust and then quit working altogether so now I am stuck with a $200 plus soundbar that does not work!

    Product isn’t good at all, randomly stops working and playing sound after 2 months and freezes up if it lets me press the home button, home button majority of the time does not work to check settings

    I bought this Dec 12, nothing but problems since day one. Geek squad has been our 3 times and still not fixed. Getting through on the phone is a night mare.

    Terrible sound quality. Subwoofer refuses to pair with soundbar since the first time. Will not recommend as sony customer service is not even helpful.

    the Speakers stopped producing sound the 1st month and just after the return period.. I would stay away from Best Buy and these Sony speakers.

    The bass quality/loudness on this sound bar/sub woofer is worse than an LG set that I purchased for less than $100. Not happy for $299.

    Can't get the wireless subwoofer to connect!

    Have tried many times to get the subwoofer to connect to soundbar & TV. Won't connect! Terrible, terrible instructions!!

    Purchased High End soundbar from another manufacturer. Never could get Voices and Video in sync. Very disappointed. I let return time pass before realizing I was never going to get decent sound. Decided to eat the almost 1K price tag. Gave it away. I was that disappointed with it. This Sony soundbar setup was easy right out of the box. I'm more than happy and have been recommending it to friends. Using ARC connection to 4K Sony TV and it produces fantastic sound and video. Buy this one. Highly recommend.
