we needed a new receiver for our bedroom and we didn't want to spend a lot of money. this one is perfect. the sound is good and the remote works great!

I purchased this receiver and was very happy with my purchase.It does everything I needed ,has more than enough power. It has many inputs and A&B speaker switching . Very good value

Surprise surprise it says 200w, but it sounds like 1000w. The only downside in my opion is there is no 3.5mm jack. It has the bigger MIDI jack so plan to buy an adapter.

This is a nice little stereo receiver for the money. Bought an open box for about $80. It has multiple inputs including one for satellite/XM. I use this in my shop/pole barn and it works fine. A loudness function would be nice.

Works well but doesn't react well with my subwoofer. It needs a few more options. For the price it not too bad but I wish I would have just a little research.

I had been needing one of these receivers for years and when I ran accross this at the price I found it for, I had to purchase it. Great product so far and no problems.

We have purchased several of these over the years -- good basic 2 channel stereo, one of the few options out there now since most everything is 5.1 or 7.1. Would recommend.

Not nearly as sleek and elegant as the Hi Fi systems of the 1970s and 1980s. Sound is not as deep and rich.

Quality Receiver for limited use, there are only two speakers Which you can split off, no big deal Easy to use The downfall is there is not plug in on the back for other components.

I was looking for a unit for my garage. I didn't expect any major features. But this unit has enough inputs and the sound quality is superb. Can't go wrong for the price.

Got this receiver for music in a restaurant. It works just fine and the price was decent. It's fairly easy to use too. Now there's some music playing instead of awkward silence.

Finally had to replace my old Sansui receiver of 25yrs. Quality seems up to par on this Sony. I hope I get another 25yrs of music enjoyment from this receiver!

Purchased this to use in my music classroom, and it's wonderful! Clear, crisp sound, and doesn't overpower my speakers. I'm happy I made the choice for this receiver.

For the price it is ok, the volume dial doesn't even start to work until you get to 40 and I find that I have to set it to at least 70/80 to hear it louder. FM stations I used to receive from my old receiver clear now come in with a lot of static, not sure if it is the receiver or my antenna.. (I think it is the receiver)

Needed a basic amp to connect all my older components and external patio speakers. ...great simple unit...great value...best in its class of limited 2 channel amp selections...

We don't need all the features in the fancy units out there. For providing simple stereo output to some ceiling speakers, this unit does the trick.

Bought this 2 years ago. Great value for the price. Sound is great and still going strong today. Highly recommended.
