Great TV for smaller rooms

Fits small room perfectly without dominating space. Crystal clear image, brilliant color and surprisingly good sound system even without external sound bar. Excellent acquisition.

This is very bright. can see it clear eventhough there is a window next to it. Also the audio is lot better than the 80" TV i have in our media room.

Straight out of the box i loved how easy it was to set up and to connect my soundbar to the tv and ive been enjoying every single moment since I’ve bought it! Amazing colors amazing interface and features that come along with the tv. I just wished i wouldve waited for them to go on sale but with Idalia closing everything around ive spent hours watching movies and shows and enjoyed being at home with my Sony!!!!

BUT... it is the first time I ever actually saw a totally black screen! And the sound, wow! It has such a bass: I frankly have never heard such a deep resonating rumble before. In short, both display AND sound the very best! A remarkably powerful, versatile TV which the Geek Squad installed it just right. And the perfect size and TV for my livingrooom. A+ for Best Buy!

OLED + Google TV = Bliss

The image clarity is impressive, even when sitting on a couch 10 feet away, but the black gradients of this OLED screen are what make this TV special. I chose this SONY model over the cheaper LG OLED set for the Google TV OS and I'm really happy with the interface and performance. The native sound from this 42" TV is impressive as well.

Just what I needed

I have it in a small den (9 x 13,) with old plaster walls, so wall mounting wasn't possible. I was initially attracted to its heavy center base (rather than feet) because I had to place it on an antique dresser & slightly smaller width on the 42" model (most 43" were a tad too wide.)

Mine is wall mounted and should have two people to do that. Set weighs about 35 lbs. Solid remote that works with all modern Sony's.

YouTube also has some going back from the setting options. Overall great tv, high quality, would recommend for ps5 users.

Great tv for watching content.

Most of the weight is from the really nice stand you place it on. The Sony has slightly better picture quality when it comes to viewing content on YouTube or other apps but the LG looks better for games so I went with the LG. I spent a good amount of time with both tvs side by side like a crazy person. There are some scenes where Sony showed so much detail in white/bright scenes that the LG just blew out into a white blob. Still you can’t go wrong with either just don’t spend more than $1000 at this point.

Sony- 42” Class Bravia 4K OLED Google TV

Spent a little bit more than another Sony 43 inch I was considering. The Sony I decided on was a home run. The colors and sound are far superior than the Samsung I replaced. I was considering a sound bar but so far I don’t see the need. The Geek Squad set it up for me and the new Smart TV allows me easy access to the streaming services I use.

The new tv is amazing and has a beautiful picture - a little too beautiful in fact. It's been driving me nuts - everything looked like that weird soap opera style. I was able to shut off MotionFlow and now it's absolutely perfect! We compared the Samsung when shopping and comparing the two side by side at the store - Sony blows the Samsung out of the water!

Stunning Picture and Great Value

Im using it as a PC monitor as well and i couldnt be happier with the image quality. The image upscaling is very impressive and gaming on it is perfect. It has auto HDR tone mapping for Playstation exclusives on PS5. Im glad i chose this over the LG, even though it was 200 more. The value for money is there, I got 10 free movies and 2 years of Bravia Core streaming included, plus i picked up Sony's additional warranty that covers the panel, including accidental damage.

Great TV, user friendly interface

I definitely spent time in the picture settings getting it the way I like it. The TV interface is very accessible, unlike other brands, and easy to navigate. I also use mine as a second monitor on my computer. I find it a tad large for that purpose but it was the smallest OLED TV I could find at the time.
