Fabulous 43" TV. Crystal clear picture, good sound, wide array of capabilities: wifi, Chromecast, etc. Extremely happy with my purchase, and not sure how Sony could improve in this.

This is an excellent tv. Have always been a SONY customer and read the reviews and was not surprised to read the excellent comments. This tv replaced our 13 year old SONY Bravia that is still in perfect working order - just wanted an upgrade and glad we did. Another plus was a tv stand in the center. Sits perfectly on our corner cabinet. Most tvs have the legs at each end that do not accommodate all furniture. Thank you, SONY.

Our Sales Specialist, Jason Propeck, was extreamly knowledgeable, professionable, and as far as our dealings, very honest....From the purchase thru the installation, each person we dealt with knew their respective positions. During previous visits I, Unfortunitely was approached by associates that did not know product. Instead of admitting they didn't know the answers to my questions & concerns and suggesting they ask for "help", they double talked through it... I decided to give Best Buy another chance & was fortunate enough to be introduced to Jason. Our "in house" visit prior to purchase, with Rob was also a very good experience..

So far: Good picture, mediocre sound, mediocre remote (specifically: the buttons for video features should be larger!). The TV was installed by Geek Squad; that was a mediocre experience b/c: They were unable to connect the digital sound port to my stereo even with an adapter that works on another smart TV. The TV came WITHOUT a User Guide - pretty incredible for a world class company! I was able to find a version on the Internet.

Great TV. Slightly more money than the competition, but there is a reason. This is a superior TV. I own a number of Samsung TVs but this one brought me back to the Sony brand.

We love this TV and it does it all. It was hard to choose with so many options but we are glad we went with this one. We have really enjoyed watching everything from sports to movies. Picture quality is great. Navigating the menu can be confusing but once you do it a few times its not so bad. This smart TV seems to have it all.

I love the picture on this TV. I primarily use it for sports and movies and that's where it shines. Setting up the smart items is very easy, especially if you already have a Google account. There's not a whole lot of bloat so it's really smooth to operate. The voice control isn't perfect but gets it right more times than not. The next step will be changing channels and turning the TV on and off using Google Home.

This tv purchase was to replace a "not smart" tv of the same size and only 1080p. With UHD, smart tv and a very reasonable price, this was a great choice, a great buy.

I love this TV. I have a smaller version upstairs in the bedroom. The colors from this TV are so clear and beautiful its almost like I am transported to the scene.

Upgraded my living room tv and the older tv was to big for the bed room. I was so happy with the living room TV I purchased this one for the bedroom. Very pleased.

I do not have cable or satellite, so I watch over-the-air only. I do have a Tivo, which I used as a tuner for my old 1988 RCA console. Since the Tivo isn't 4K I don't really know how good the 4K picture would be. I plan on putting the set on the outside antenna only so that I might be able to see the difference. The Netflix picture is fantastic as that is in 4K sometimes (varies with shows). The TV doesn't have very good bass response compared to my old TV which had a great stereo response. I have a VCR and a DVD player hooked to the TV so I am using composite video and audio hook-ups also and these work great. I am pleased with this TV. I do not use the google or android features of the TV so I can't comment on those. I think you will like this TV except for the audio response, but that can be fixed by using a good stereo system or a sound bar, which will be my next purchase.

One of the better tv's that I have.Bought it for living room area . Need to buy a sound bar for the " full effect". I also buy my computers great customer service

This is a great tv. The picture quality of this tv is unreal. Crisp. Lifelike. I usually go with Samsung. But couldn’t pass up this Sony. I would highly recommend.

This is the best TV we have ever purchased from Best Buy. It does more than we would have guessed. For the money, I almost think they sold it to me below cost.

Great smart tv with 4k. Nice and flat. Can get very close to wall with Sanus wall mount. Surprised it uses an external power supply mid-cable between tv and wall. Will detach from supply on high voltage side. Hid the supply behind the tv in center where the back does not extend all the way to the screen top. Light weight. Easy to mount. Great picture, apps work great.

It's as I expected, bright, clear and sharp picture. While I am somewhat technologically challenged, I have successfully worked my way around and all is good.

The TV is being used exclusively for watching videos and playing games. What a great choice. The picture quality is superb. Just what I was looking for.

We shopped around and finally found what we'd been looking for. We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful and vivid picture that this 4K offers!

Great real life picture TV. Did a lot of research online and was torn between the 800E and Samsung. So glad I bought this set. Very happy with it.
