    A very good high quality television set, easy to use. The best feature is the ability to connect wirelessly to other devices, like iPhone and iPad.

    eldsI am 64 years old and I have been buying Sony tvs for at least the last 30 years. I am really impressed with the picture quality. The black is truly deep dark black. The setup took about 10 minutes. I use an apple tv and a nividia shield for my amazon fng have been trouble tryiire tv. The Sony recognized both of them work with the soy remote. The smart tv features are really impressive. BTW I bought this as an open box and it is missing the legs. I got such a huge discount that I am not complaining but I can't figure out where to buy replacement legs

    easy to use and excellent picture . But I needed to buy a new DVD player as my old pre -Blu Ray player could not be connected .

    I have owned samsungs and lg first sony i have owned they really are a better tv as far as picture goes. I have the 49 inch x95h the sound is really good but you have to go into settings and work with it for awhile to get a good sound it has many settings. It takes awhile to figure it out. Best Buy really has informative associates they explained this product very well. I was set on getting the x800h but am glad i ended up with this one. You wouldn't wont a better picture i'm not into gaming much.

    I have Samsung TV, but old one. Probably would stay with the same brand, but questionable Samsung decision to not support Dolby Vision turned me into looking for other brands. Needed a smaller size tv. Also, decided not to go with OLED yet, despite best picture quality for 2 reasons: price and possibility of burning. For remaining options I have, I think XBR X950H is one of the best options on the market at the beginning of 2020. Android TV OS has all applications, which I needed. 4K picture is great, as other reviewers mentioned too.

    Beautiful picture and audio. Connects nicely to my LG 3.1.2 Sound bar. Easily mounted to wall. Can't beat a Sony product.

    It’s pretty amazing tv and haven’t even used 4K yet. I will say the tilt with stand had me little off. Overall amazing tv

If the TV appears to be tilted forward when mounted to the stand, the mounting screws securing the TV to the stand may need to be tightened. Check the screws to ensure they are snug and that the TV is securely mounted to the stand.

    I’ve had a 49” X950H model for 3 weeks – thought I’d give a small review. Set-up: easy peasy. Not too heavy; great size for medium-sized room. Picture: Wow! Clear, sharp and accurate. 4K content is awesome - play Disney+ Lion King 2019 to see a range of clarity & motion - excellent handling of DolbyVision / Dolby Atmos. Love that it has the content-aware settings for streaming. Sound: over a range of vintage to current content, this model handles it. Minus - 1 Star: Wish this set had a swivel base. The feet do not allow for angled positioning/viewing; they are very wideset. Other models have base options.

    The TV has an excellent picture and sound, especially if you have upgraded from a 1080P television. My one complaint is the stand. The legs are a bit unsteady and toward the tv ends, rather than having one good center of gravity. This cost me when I was trying to put a cable in the back. It tipped forward and I broke the panel. This is after about a month of ownership. Nobody else needs this experience so make sure you keep it centered on an oversized stand or mount it. I am sorry I did not get the accidental coverage through SONY. Do it if you are going to invest a lot.

    Has been a good TV overall. Was pretty easy to set up. Easy to use remote and smart TV features. Primary complaint is that the range of viewing angle is not good. Looking at the TV straight on, the picture quality is excellent, but you don't have to move too far side to side for the picture quality to decline. Since it's in the living room, that's a bit of problem.

    I was looking for a bright TV for my garage because of the natural son light and the LED ceiling lights (4). The Sony 49" X950 was the prefect television!!! The picture was bright and clear; it's very close to my 65" OLED Sony A9G. The TV was an open box purchase + $215.00 in certificate awards, made my out the door cost was $545.00. This was a outstanding purchase for an outstanding TV!!!

    We purchased the 49" X950H SONY TV after reading reviews that indicated the H series was far superior to the G series. We could not be more pleased. It was easy to set up on our own (two people are needed). The smart features works flawlessly. The picture is excellent, and the sound surprisingly good, to the point where we will not be getting a sound bar. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this TV.

    Great picture. Sony does excel at that. Going on four Sony TVs in our family and all have app glitches. They randomly turn on, turn off then on, or have an app glitch that requires you to unplug the TV and reboot it. Can't say I'll buy another Sony. Love the brand recognition, but they just are too quirky for me to buy another. If you buy it, you won't hate it, but you might scold it from time to time...

    I've had Sony TVs for over 35 years and they never disappoint. The picture on this TV is great with clear, vibrant colors. There are many apps supported to access Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Disney+, CBS All Access, Hulu and many more. The only area that should be enhanced is the directions on how to setup and control all of the features and functions. The enclosed booklet had bare bones support.
