Not sure what happened, but not that big of a deal. Will figure it out eventually. This is our second Bravia, our first was a HD flat screen purchased back in 2008. Still works well, moved it upstairs. We using a firestick and wanted one that connected directly.

The following are requirements to support Dolby Vision format playback:
For streaming services apps (Netflix®, Prime Video™, etc.), the TV, streaming app, and selected content must support the Dolby Vision format.
In most situations, there is a logo or tag that will indicate that the content is available in the Dolby Vision format.
Non-Sony devices (Apple TV®, Amazon® Fire TV Stick™, etc.) must also support the Dolby Vision format.
If using a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc™ player, the device and the media must support the Dolby Vision format.
To confirm Dolby Vision content reception, check the Picture Mode setting on the TV:
Select Home → Settings and then, depending on your TV
Select Display & Sound → Picture → Picture Mode

The sound is not that great and brightness can be better. The thing with this TV is that it's really hard to take it out of the box if you're doing it alone, and they don't make it easy for you to set it up, so it can take a while and can be quite stressful. But I'm really happy with my new TV.

Their colors are superb and the motion handling is second to none. I went through 2 Samsung’s and a Hisense before settling on this. Heavy price tag is the only partial negative but you get what you pay for. Should have bought this first ad my 4.5 year old Sony still looks better than any of the other 3 models I tried.

Sony says its a bug and they working on it and its limited to this size and model. BestBuy staff was great during the purchase and the return.

My tv is set on a shelf in a floor-to-ceiling built-in shelves. I just wish they had made the tv a couple of inches taller. I'm still getting used to the shortened height from my previous tv. But the previous tv stopped working so this is a very good new replacement. It has a very good image.

Built sturdy and like the thin frame. There is only one thing that is annoying and that is the display settings don’t seem to be consistent on commercials. Primarily the brightness settings. Ads are bright enough to require sunglasses for viewing. This could be an issue with the broadcaster. Great Tv, am happy.

Quality picture, but added a Bose soundbar for audio. Took some time to set-up the “smart” features and I still don’t know what all the tv can do. The other downfall is that the remote isn’t backlit and it’s difficult to see what button to push when I’m watching tv in the dark.

It's just slightly larger than our 40" Bravia so it fit in the same space without any modification. but it's all about the PICTURE - clear, crisp & with detail that we didn't even know we were missing. It's pricier than a lot of larger TVs available but the quality is well worth it. HIGHLY recommend.

The picture for non-4K programs is very good but not spectacular. Again maybe the person who set it up for us didn't calibrate it to its maximum efficiency? This model was not cheap so I'm hoping I will continue to 'grow into' it. I still had to plug in my ROKU stick to get my apps. The tech said I didn't need it, but I think I do.

The os is a little difficult but getting used to it. The less tech friendly you are the more you will hate it. But the picture is amazing.
