Sony has always been top ranked. Only real draw back is sound but now days that's all of the TV's no matter the brand, Sony's is not hateful just not great but that's what I bought a sound bar for.

It has a great picture and I love the 49 inch size for the bedroom. Even the sound without a sound bar is surprisingly good (which is something I was worried about before I made the purchase). Still waiting for ps5 or Xbox series x but the picture quality is great. Every now and then the voice button does not work, but other than that television is one of the best tv’s I’ve ever owned.

It uses Android TV as an OS so having a powerful processor makes it run smooth. The only thing I have to take away from Sony is the fact that sometimes they don’t play nice with other manufacturers if you hook them to a Sony TV for example I bought a Sonos sound bar and it was pain in the butt but that’s because Sony pushed a firmware update

Good sound and Picture. Originally I purchased the 55 inch version and purchased the BB delivery and set up because the nearest store is over an hour away. Once I got it it was too big for the room. BB customer service was very responsive to my request to exchange for the 49 inch version. Took care of it no problem.

Has alot of tweaks and picture quality puts Samsung Qled to shame. Yes it has a 1000 dollar picture. It is expensive but if I had the money to spend I would buy this tv again.

After having to remote at up, it later stopped working. After performing a factory reset and setting up all connections, it's been great. Dialog sound mode lets us watch TV at a low volume when the kids are asleep.

I was a loyal Samsung customer until the salesperson showed me this one. Everything he said about the soft, natural picture is accurate. A bigger size tv wouldn't be too overwhelming. I upgraded from a 43" Sony to this one and the setup was a breeze. All I had to do was unhook the HDMI cable from the old TV and plug it into the new one and whoo-la. Everything worked as before including cable companys remote. Sound system connected without any setup. My only problem so far is the network hookup. Can't get it to work.
