I have the $2500 4K tv and that experience was great. This tv was a floor model and it said remote missing. So I did not buy it. I returned the next day after reading reviews of the tv. A sales associate mentioned they had a drawer of all the remotes that belonged to floor models and that he could find the one for the Sony tv if I was really interested in purchasing it. I of course was convinced and said I would take it. They wrapped it up and I was on my jolly way. Once home I realized the remote was not in the packaging as promised. I went back and was told they had no idea. I could see the exact remote in the drawer FYI. Overall never received the remote and have not dealt with it since.

It still works and displays what I plug into the HDMI ports but the wired LAN for internet access causes my routers to crash after some time, so I stopped using the Smart TV features. I have a group of maybe 4 to 5 pixels in the lower left that are stuck, they don't change with the rest of the picture. I have never used the 3D features so can't speak about that. The picture is decent but it takes a lot of adjustments. The post processing features can interfere with syncing video and sound, especially when in "game" mode, you need to turn off the sound processing separately or it starts lagging behind the video. The only good thing is it has 4 HDMI inputs.
