Drops WiFi connection constantly.

The WiFi receiver in this TV is terrible! I know because I have connected 3 different streaming devices to it and they never had an issue connecting to our WiFi. I didn’t want to use. Streaming device, but I’m going to use a FireStick on it permanently. I tried several remedies, but the TV would have an issue at least once a week or more. Other than the WiFi failures, this TV has a very good picture and the best sound for its size. Good bass which is unlike many TV’s now.

I am having a problem with TV reception of local channels. I contacted Sony about this and they are working with me to solve the problem. Other than this the TV has an excellent picture and sound.

Awesome TV for price. 2.1 HDMI is great for 4k however since the fps is 60, it is not ideal for 4k gaming. Apart from that great to have.

Enjoying my new 4K Sony TV. Comes with tons of built in apps that’s easy to access and sign into. The remote with a microphone button makes it easy to search for movie titles and videos on YouTube. Crystal clear and life like movies in 4K. My son hooked up his PS5 on it and I cannot get him off, he says the graphic are amazing. Would highly recommend this TV

Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry to hear you difficulties with the remote and instruction manual of your X80K TV. Allow us to help make this a better experience. The supplied remote control has rewind and fast forward function. If you are inside an app/streaming app, rewind and fast forward can be controlled either pressing the left or right directional buttons on the remote when the video is playing or paused.
However, we cannot guarantee if these buttons will also work if you're watching from another source/input device. Some sources/input devices will have a built-in fast forward or rewind option within the app.
For SUBTITLE/Closed caption, you can press the 123 (Control menu) button on the remote control to enable subtitles. For more information about the function buttons of remote, features, and setting of this TV, please refer to this Help Guide link: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/jusltn1/v1/en-003/01-07-04_01.html
