Been wanting this lens for 6 years and finally broke down and bought it - very worth it... just have to get used to it especially when taking up close pictures it looks "zoomed in" so need to get comfortable with it but overall it takes great pictures!

Recently purchased this lens for my sony camera. Immediately took it on a trip to Montana and got the most beautiful landscape pictures. One of my favorite was of an eagle perched high above in the top of a tree - I felt like I could reach out and touch him. Another of my daughter walking through water where you can actually see each droplet of water.

Part of my kit lense was this. This particular lense made me realize that I do have to take a step back (or a few). Photos come out crisp and sharp.

This is a great starter lens, especially for the cost! I couldn’t be happier with the lens and it’s a perfect match for the A6400 (entire line, too). The resolution is very clear, near and far photos. Fantastic lens!

For a budget zoom lens it does the job pretty well, a bit fuzzy in some cases and focusing can be kind of annoying but it works very well and gets pretty good and clear photos

I was hoping this lens would do well inside a building that was not that well lit. It did NOT disappoint !! I got some really nice long reach action shots that the object was nice and clear. I am really impressed with it Sony !!!

Very good lens really good for those long distances shots

For fhe price of the lens it takes nice clear picture if my kids playing soccer. When i zoom in on the photo while editing it actually stays clear and doesn't get distorted.

Love the lens !!helped me take awesome astrophotogray and of my animals. Also very cheap for a telescopic lens

This lens is amazing!! I was able to get shots of mountains that were super far away. I am glad I purchased it.

Bought this lens to go with my Sony alpha a7 mirrorless camera. I am very pleased with the quality of pictures it can take when it comes to zooming in. Extremely clear, so editing doesn’t take as long. Very very happy with this purchase for sure. Attached is one of the pictures I took with this awesome lens.

Great lens! Build quality is decent but the optics work great for a lens at this price point!

I had purchased this lense along with Sony A5000 and I was never disappointed. It allows you to take amazing pictures even if there’s a bit of a distance between you and yoursubject.

Do yourself a favor and fo get this lens. Its my personal favorite ..u will nottttt be disappointed

Great zoom. Stabilizer is a great aid. Excellent photo quality. It only feels fragile because of the plastic. But good finishes. Personally I'd recommend not to push it's limits compared with a WR lense.

The telephoto lens is really nice for zooming in on areas that you want to focus on that are farther away. It doesn’t distort the photo which is always nice.

Purchased this lens to be able to use my new Sony a7riii camera and it works great! I got a pretty cool shot of the moon with this one (:
