Easy set up, automatic updates. Just wish my Internet provider was better. User manual not easy to understand. No 24/7 Sony support

Great picture and easy to initially set up. Some of the more detail features took a little more effort to utilize.

This tv has been really good so far. The picture quality and colors make for a realistic experience. Sony products have always been very reliable and superior quality in the past so that is what led us to purchase this tv.

Good tv , love the picture quality from the Sony televisions. The internet app menus from Hulu and Amazon could be improved, but that's something that could be fixed in a software update.

Easy to set up and connect to other devices. Excellent picture and value.

TV was a little pricey but am glad I spent the few extra dollars for it, had all the hookups I needed which were not on other sets I looked at pitcure is great even on antalog channels

Home screen is user-friendly to toggle between broadcast, netflix and other options. However, the remote is difficult to understand; too many buttons and hard to use in the dark.

i bought a sony for the reliablity and wasn't let down. My apple computer looks great on the HDMI.

This Sony 55" is great for PS4 console. It is very easy to use. Great picture and sound quality.

Shopped several weeks looking for features I wanted and this television had all of the features. Great picture and was able to hook up to a soundbar easily. Would recommend.

Took awhile and several trips to the store to see what I was doing wrong (not much help). finally worked through the problem getting internet sound through the reciever.

Very few color corrections needed. TV automatically adjusts to the best picture mode. Gaming is amazing with gaming mode.

Our family loves watching movies in 3D. The picture is amazing. The kids say their video games look great and are replaying the old ones again because they look so good.

Love this tv. Had a samsung that's processor went bad, so I decided to try a different brand. Love the sony so far!

Great television. Picture quality is great once you tweak the settings a bit. Defaults are fine, but whites can be crisper, etc. Didn't use the television's speakers for more than a week as I was setting up a theater with surround. The TV's sound is just ok.

This Sony Big Screen is amazingly clear and the colors are fantastic. My family and friends all agree that this picture is the best they've ever seen.

I really like the picture an the sound is good but i miss the older Sony Tv,s with a built on sound bar.

55" was what we needed for our room. It's perfect for the size as we sit fairly far away. We also installed surround sound and movies are great too.

Very pleased with the purchase of this TV. The 3D feature is fantastic!If I had to do it all over again, I would buy it again - with no hesitation.
