I actually had to take the tv back because there were some backlight problems with it. When watching movies, it would be very bright around the edges. Turns out I got a defective unit. Best Buy came and picked it up, and delivered a new unit. The new one works great. The picture is REALLY good, especially for the price. 4K content looks amazing! I'm happy with my purchase.

I was skeptical when ordering because companies mask their processor speed by using different verbiage that looks or appears to be 120hz. The XR 960 is indeed 120hz and a great TV. This is the second Sony TV I have bought for the house and have been please with both. Great value for the money.

I have had the TV for a few months now and I still think it has one the best picture quality I have ever seen. I check out friends TV's but I think my picture is better. Setup was easy, good internet connection, The android pairing is kinda need to show pictures. Very happy with the TV so far.

It is great tv. I am very happy with my purchase. The scene quality is awesome. Also it has android smart program which is a lot better than samsung. You can install many apps, it works with Amazon prime and many other things. Even quality of air channels are better than our previous samsung TV.

Bought in 2017. When this tv works, it works great. Beware that Sony does not validate Android updates before rolling them out. Every time an update is installed the tv randomly reboots. The first couple of times I had to do factory data reset. This last time that didn't work so Sony had me make some settings changes. My Sony soundbar is also dodgy connected to this. When the power trips I lose the connection and am stuck using 2 remotes to control tv and soundbar until it figures out how to reconnect itself. And now the sound is completely gone. Assume the sound card is out so need to find a new tv. It won't be a Sony.

The picture quality is great but the interface is really clunky and there are regular crashes. You'll do ok with this TV but I'd recommend either saving up a bit more or spending a bit less to get something clearly superior (LG OLED?) or clearly more of a bargin (Vizio?)

The TV was great. The definition is excellent, very good option to buy!

The smart tv is the way to go. Very easy to use especially the remote.
