They were very personable, answered my questions and made very helpful recommendations. Even though there are Best Buys closer to my home I continue to shop at the one on Williams Field Road because of the great service I received. Just the other day I visited again and worked with Jonathan and Tyler. Both were great.

But the last few nights the TV has been turning on by itself in the middle of the night more than once. I checked that the sleep timer is off. I can’t figure out what is wrong with the TV.

After i set it up i notice a couple spots on the screen were it was missing reflective film or something but it does not affect picture quality when turn on
