    So far all is good. The picture is clear. It’s easy to navigate. It’s too early to say how long there will be no problem with the tv. The team that came to set it up were very professional and nice. There was a problem prior to them coming here because they wanted to charge me to put the stand together after I was already told that there was no charge

    Beautiful tv. We enjoy the picture quality and sound very much. Love the ease of use and set up. No complaints! The only thing is, is a lot of classic programs and movies aren't up to the standards of what this tv can do. But that's minor to the point where it doesn't really matter.

    Excellent focal point for my newly installed (by the Geek Squad) home theater system. Picture is UHD clear and colors are vivid. Price was in line with what I expected to spend. Installation of television and new home theater by Geek Squad was professional and training in use of the new system was provided in a manner that my wife and I could understand.

    We replaced a 15 year old Sony with this Sony 55" television. The picture is amazing and we've enjoyed the vast improvement over the old television. We had been told how hard it is to set up a Smart television, so were surprised when the set up went relatively smoothly. We are still trying to figure some things out, but over-all are pleased.

    Love this tv! We had a Sony 3D tv we purchased a few years ago. Nice tv, but, when watching sports, it gave a "shadow" of the image. Wanted to update it. Looked at a number of Samsung models. Wanted OLED. Decided to go with another Sony. Great choice! The picture is share, precise, and no shadow! Absolutely love this tv!

    This tv provides an absolutely stunning picture and is well worth the price. The black level this oled picture provides is like a great bass line that holds a song together. I like watching movies in a dark room which brings out the best in the a8h performance.

    Replaced my 10 year old Sharp with this Sony and wow, 4K viewing on this thing is awesome. Unpacking and setup was easy. Having HDMI sync issues with my older Yamaha receiver so replaced with a Sony. Occasionally still having sync issues but I believe it may be a settings problem. Still for the sales price this Smart TV is very good.

    My husband and I have very much enjoyed our new TV as well as DVD player. Best Buy’s Geek Squad technician knew the perfect placement of our wall mount. He was friendly and professional. The TV is more than adequate. Color and sound is great. We didn’t even have to add a sound bar this time.

    I AM IN LOVE! What an awesome oled tv and even better price! Did some research and knew I wanted an oled. So the A8H was in the running and once I saw the price bb had them for it was a done deal. Beautiful slim design, the deepest blacks, super simple and easy to use operating system.

    This product provides a vivid pictire and immersuve sound. Simple operation, easy set up. Thus far (2 months use) has provided glitch free service. I detract one star on this review because niether the seller ( best buy) nor manufacturer (sony) give simple acceptable options for mounting Sony's most expensive bottom mount sound bar. I will complete this task at my own expense/ time, & acquired experience. The standard in store mount does the job poorly (admitted by hired service personnel).

    So far so good. Excellent picture! Remote use is a bit difficult to navigate. Sound seems to vary in volume but it may be the input/wireless; not sure yet. Couldn't use my RF wireless headphones because there are no audio in/out jacks like my older Sony HD TV. All my Sony TVs have lasted 12 years or more. I bought this because it was OLED and the price was right. My other TV is in the bedroom now. Sony has never disappointed me. I suspect this will be the same.

    I am an obsessive videophile.I purchased several televisions in the past six months.I tried a bargain TCL 5 series(highly recommended across the board),but the judder was unwatchable.I then decided i would reach back to 2019 because 2020 televisions were mostly unimpressive.I bought a Samsung Q80R and while a good television,the picture variation between sources was very frustrating.I then purchased an LG CX OLED which was damaged in transit.I had the option to have it replaced but the more i read,the more i realized that the reason it was ranked #!1 overall had alot to do with the gaming experience.I declined to have it replaced.I finallt realized that for pure picture quality the SONY A8H was the one for me.While it is the priciest 55 inch OLED (barring Panasonic,which i hope comes back to the US),it is BY FAR the best picture quality i have experienced.Even the sound from tv speakers are better than average.It took about a year of back and forth but i can finally relax and enjoy watching television.

    I tested at my home 65Z9F, 75Z9F, A8G and LG B9, A8H. I am watching 80% time cable TV and sports, sometimes Netflix. 4k movies are looking amazing on all of them but upscaling on A8H and A8G is on different level then other TVs. Both are amazing TVs but A8H a little bit more popping up then A8G. Sound is fine. Remote controller better then A8G. Love this TV

    I've owned many TVs through the years, with just about every latest,greatest technology at the time. This is the best looking TV I've ever owned. It's not as bright as my LEDs, but it looks like a photo. OLED is great technology.

    I waited two+ months to write this review. I purchased the 55" Sony along with a new updated Denon receiver and power supply to service my other equipment and my Bose speakers on 7/4/2020. Once I figured out Geek folks failed to plug in the subwoofer I finally got to experience that "Wow" moment! Note: I also updated my cable box to a 4k capable box further enhancing the viewing experience. The picture, the clarity, the apps on smart tv mode - I got exactly what I had hoped for in making this purchase. This TV was an update from a previous 2014 Sony purchase. They've truly progressed in updating their products to provide an unbelievable TV viewing experience. Thank you Sony. You are the best part of my day when I finish work from home during these trying times.
