This is a great product for those who want the feel of a high class entertainment system without the price tag. The TV is slim, light, but sturdy enough for you to not have to worry about tipping it over. The picture quality is amazing and left me blown away after using an old tv from 2017 for many years, the upgrade was very apparent. The software if optimized for use with sony devices including the PS5, the attention to detail was apparent when the tv turned on at the same time my console did. Connecting my Sony soundbar was easy and the variety of EQ settings augments the experience in many ways. Conencting the the Theatre U headphones is equally as easy when i want to keep the volume up without keeping my house awake. the menus are simple to navigate and there is minimal if any bloat as far as included programs in the TV. This TV does tend to have some input lag when connected via HDMI cable to my Macbook, specifically the mouse.

Easy to set up. Picture quality and clarity is amazing. Perfect for my 20x20 family room. Staff support during purhcase was professional. Sales staff were knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me. Definitely a fan.

This TV was purchased to replace a 40" Sony LCD TV. We swapped out some furniture in our bedroom and wanted a larger TV, and this 55" 4K Sony TV was a perfect fit. I mounted it high on the wall so now we can lie in bed and feel like we're at a movie theater. Sony TVs will always be my first choice!

I like the quality it looks very good and bright , however i wish i would hage gotten a QLED or OLED instead of just LED becuas you can see the backlight glare but overall its still really good.

PRETTY EASY TO SET UP. HAVE ALL YOUR APP'S INFO READY LOGIN ,PASSWORD ETC... READY, PICTURE IT EXCELLENT. THE 4K IF WHAT YOUR WATCHING IS IN 4K TAKES SOME GETTING USE TO. WIFE COULDN'T WATCH THIS WAY. LUCKY YOU CAN SHUT IT OFF. PLAY WITH THE SETTING FAR A COUPLE OF DAYS ETC... TILL U GET THE PICTURE QUILITY YOUR LOOKING FOR. OH, HEADS UP, YOU CAN NOT HAVE SPEAKERS ON AND HEADPHONE O AT SAME TIME.NO MATTER WHAT IS ADVERTIZED. CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THEY HAD TO GO TO ENGINERING TO FIND OUT THE INFO. IS WRONG. BUT THEY INFORMED ME THAT WITH AN ADAPTER THAT PLUGS INTO THE FIBER OPTIC PORT ON TV YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK. PURSHASED A CHEAP ONE TO SEE IF WORKED ,OK. PURSHASED A MORE EXPENCIVE ONE & WORKED MUCH BETTER. SPEND THE MONEY.YOUR EARS WILL THANK U.

Very pleased with the TV as it has great color and picture. Fairly easy for a senior citizen to do initial setup. Only problem has been our electricity which went in and out during a recent thunder storm. TV quit working completely. Did trouble shooting as recommended but still not working. Technician came out did trouble shooting and still did not worwk. He showed us the location of the tv "on and off" switch and how it worked. Not shown on any paperwork that we received with tv. Technician was able to work the on and off switch and get the tv to come on. He reset all the settings for us. He said it appeared that Sony was doing an upgrade and the power going on and off caused the tv to completely turn off and needed a complete reset. We are hoping this does not happen again. Had no problem such as this with previous tv. Technician was a gem and deserves a lot of credit for being so helpful and answering all our questions. We are enjoying the tv and would recommend it for future buyers looking for a quality tv with great sound, color and reception.

Super nice tv! Bought one for my mom during black Friday sale and accidentally got one slightly too big because I didn’t understand the sizing but she’s OBSESSED with the tv! Always on it and even got a new table for it. Looks super clear, runs smoothly, and was easy to set up! Would definitely get this tv again.

The TV has great quality really easy to use. It’s great for the PS five for gaming. We love this TV and the people at the store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with our purchase.

I appreciate the look of the display, colors tones and textures are natural, blacks and contrast support the palette. The only critical comment is that it could be a tad brighter. If your room is bright or has daylight pouring in, look elsewhere. This is my first Google TV. It takes a bit of attention to learn the functions and navigation but the setup was quite easy . I like the OTA channel guide and favorites implementation. Sound is just adequate and is what I would expect from a thin TV, but I don't use it. A Gripe We watch local channels OTA. Time Shift for OTA TV is a very important feature for me and the lack of it in a TV in this price range is glaring, but my research showed that most manufactures do not implement this function in the USA. It seems this an agreement to force you to buy local channels and it is infuriating. AI searches regarding whether ate has the feature are mostly wrong. TCL is about the only manufacturer that gives it to you. We have one, but wanted a better picture in the new TV, hence the Bravia. I got around the issue by buying a Tablo DVR ($100) which allows program recording etc. It works well and integrates on the Sony well. It's early days yet so time will tell if my rating changes.
