Great TV

So while visiting my son in Florida, I realized his guest bedroom needed a TV, so I bought him one too … to go along with his main room 75” Sony Bravia and his master suite 65” Sony Bravia. He loves it and so do his guests.

Mini LED for Sports

Chose Sony Mini LED. Watching Sports is where this 4K mini LED is perfect for watching sports. Great definition and color saturation. The colors look real where with OLED the colors are "punched up" and are not natural.

I informed him several times I was paying cash. I realize salesmen have to inform customers of all available opportunities but when I said I was not interested I didn't like that he kept on..He's only doing his job but i was annoyed

Possibly defected tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was perfect just the way it should've been but the day i unboxed it and set it up it was the perfect fit in my little spot and i used it for a good set of hours gaming and watching tv when the screen just freeze and slowly but suddenly turns black the video still plays but just no screen i do believe i paid for a defected tv i was happy about getting but now i need it fixed.

However, we truly apologize that you immediately experienced a screen freezing and blacking out issue. We understand how frustrating it is when a brand-new product doesn't perform as expected, and we want to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
here are the two most effective troubleshooting steps for resolving temporary software glitches:
1. Perform a Power Cycle:
- Please unplug the TV completely from the power outlet.
- Leave it unplugged for a full 2 minutes. This allows the internal system to fully reset.
- Plug the TV back in and power it on.
2. Check for Software Updates:
- Ensure your TV is running the most stable software version.
- Go to Settings > System > About > System software update > Software update.
- If an update is available, please install it.
If the issue of the screen freezing and turning black (while the audio continues to play) persists after performing the power cycle and checking for the latest software, this will require a detailed, hands-on investigation.
