Pretty solid so far, backup camera works good, some delay at time with apple car play, basically the cable sometimes take a minute to fully connect. The video in has not worked yet will probably have to go back to Best Buy to figure that out. But for all other aspects of the radio way worth it.

It sounds amazing, the only thing is that when using android auto, the unit does not have enough power to sustain charging your phone and keeping android auto running with out problems. And it will "crash" if your device is being charged (below 100% battery level), my recomendation is to charge your phone to 99% or to 100% if possible before going on a trip, as when it does not need to charge your device android auto will function smoothly and the unit will stay stable and does not "crash". You could also try a wireless android auto adapter as a work around (I have not tested this).

Love the look, easy to move from radio to maps and phone usage. The Apple Car Play is terrific. Like that the GPS transfers from my phone to the screen.

Great upgrade for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler factory unit. All the bells and whistles and added a backup camera. Sounds great with my factory speakers too. Should have done sooner. Geek Squad did an awesome job on installation. Be sure to check for fit kit and wiring harness requirements that are not cheap.

The installation process was an easy appointment. They showed me the basics and soon after I was enjoying this Media Receiver on a long trip with more capabilities than I have enjoyed before. Very satisfied.

New Sony android receiver is working great. Easy to view controls, I think it’s a great price compared to others on the market for much more.

All the fuctions i wanted nice size screen Great for for my BMW convertible. Sound is amazing, the installer did a great job.

Everything works as planned, but the screen is a little on the dim side during the day (even at full brightness) and a little on the bright side at night (also at full brightness, but there is no way to have this auto adjust based on ambient lighting). I am still happy with it, and I am not sure if others at this price point have a brighter/better screen but when compared to my other car's stock android auto screen this is a noticeable downgrade

The unit is an overall positive for me. It does everything a modern radio does and it does add the new feel to an aging car. The screen isn't as saturated but it allows for good visibility. The only gripes I have is that the USB cable has to stick out from the lower section of my center console, which is not a clean solution. And the molding for my specific car angles the unit downward slightly so the viewing angle is subpar.

Maybe things just weren't explained properly to me. (I believed that I had intentionally purchased a system with a knob, and this unit does not have one.) I also thought I could make a wireless connection, and apparently this unit must be hard wired. It sounds good and is a good fit, but I'm slightly disappointed in some of the features. Also you cannot see the screen at all on sunny days.

Great touch screen and easy to use. The new system actually allowed my speakers to somehow play plunder and they weren't replaced. Apple car play is awesome and the Bluetooth option. Able to connect back up screen also.

Works great, easy to install, Apple CarPlay works great but keep in mind that you will need to use original apple cable, if you use third party cables does not open CarPlay every time. Sound is great.

The sound is amazing, though becareful with how you have it placed. The angle we have this radio set does have so much glare. Its hard to see the screen in daylight.

After having the product in my '02 Camry for two years, I can confidently say it was a worthwhile purchase overall. I've never had any issues in functionality, but there's one thing I wish were present (especially if you're paying full price). Wireless Carplay and Android Auto: While you can play music and answer calls with Bluetooth, you need to plug your phone in via usb-a to take advantage of the full carplay functionalities. This isn't a dealbreaker for me but if you're someone who plays music off of a thumb drive and also needs to use a gps app, it's something to think about.

One of the best radio's for v the price and ease of installation. It has a great sound and the touch screen operation is great

This Sony radio is excellent. I replaced the unit in my 2016 Camry and couldn't be happier. Great features and excellent sound and the installation tech in Annapolis was awesome.

The Sony head unit works well with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, making it easy to connect your phone and access navigation, music, and calls while driving. The interface is responsive, and switching between apps is smooth.

Good product, not bright enough on screen display. Sound quality is good. Having an issue with microphone.
