I purchased this t.v. after reviewing and looking at over 5 different models in all brands available. Best Buy, by far had the best staff and prices for what I was looking for. As far as I’m concerned you cannot get a better t.v. for your money.

I am very happy with the television and its features. It is essential for the buyer of this model the realized the default signal for HDMI is not 4K. Once you hook up a 4K device (like 4K Apple TV), you need to go into the setting for the HDMI port you are using and change the input accordingly.

So I bought a larger version for another room and thought I would do the same and replace our old 47inch as we we planned on moving away from cable service and using any number of streaming services. The Sony - 75" Class - LED - X850E Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR was a great purchase and seems fully customizable with apps and downloads however the LED - X690E Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR is not as good. It has a limited number of applications -Netflix/Youtube/Hulu but not much else that is useful. You can't download apps either so you are forced to add on something which is annoying. Otherwise a great purchase and still cutting the cable bill.

This has a great picture and was at a great price. So far I have found no need for a sound bar. We did notice that the sound wasn't very good when watching on Amazon, so may decide we need it for watching Apps, but otherwise, no complaint.

Hi Fritzy, Sony takes into consideration all feedback to improve the performance and quality of our products and services. We're always looking to make Sony better. We appreciate your time sharing this feedback. Regards, ^Ron

I purchased this tv to pair with my ps4 pro and let me tell you the picture looks AMAZING! Games are so beautiful and the colors are so vibrant. Only gave 4 stars because the apps need a little work but other than that this tv is perfect

Great picture at any angle. Only issue is with the sound of the base TV. Without it hooked up to a stereo it sucks. Unfortunately, I have a very old school stereo so I was forced to purchase a receiver to be able to hook up my sound system.

Although the tv has 4K and HDR I feel like the color calibration can get quite annoying with all the scene selects. Looks amazing with my PS4 Pro hooked up but not so great with my Xbox one X. I think you can get better values

I decided to shop for a 60" 4K UHD TV. I discovered only a few company's manufactured this size. I selected Sony for several reasons: trusted name, price (sale) clarity and definition. The sales rep pointed me in the right direction by educating me to make the right choice.

This is my first Sony TV. I’ve owned the tv for a little over a month. I was initially hesitant to purchase this tv because of the low refresh rate. However, between video games and Blu-ray action movies there is no issue was so ever with the picture. Highly recommend for the price!

Given this is mid-2018 and the availability of 60" is limited. If you are limited to this screen size due to built-ins or size, this is as good as it gets with what is out there. TV itself is great for this lower priced TV. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended. Great PQ.

It say it is smart, but it is not. you don't have option to install any app from app store. Sony customer care is pathetic . they don't have either full knowledge about htis product and they keep customer call rotating here and there.

we first purchased a Sony TV but were very unhappy because there were no channels and no downloadable apps. So we took it back and saw the Sharp, it works terrific, great picture and tons of apps/channels. love it!

I absolutely love this tv. The picture is fabulous. I have a 4K Apple TV connected to it and the 4K picture quality is great. The remote is easy to use, and the sound is pretty good for tv soeakers. It’s a great tv for the money and a good choice for entry into the 4K market.

We've just purchased this 60" Sony 4K Ultra HD TV for our living room. The clarity is incredible. The service rep at Best Buy was knowledgeable about the brands we were looking at and after speaking with him, we went with the Sony. We've been more than pleasantly pleased.

This is the 3rd Sony Bravia we have owned. Over the years we have upgraded in size and and options. We actually still have the 1st 40” Sony Bravia we purchased and it has a great picture and sound, we just wanted something bigger and more modern this go around!

The only thing I don’t give this a 5 stars is that there are times that it will freeze and I have to unplug the whole thing to keep it going again. Other than that, I’m happy with the purchase

I works great, I wished it had more apps in its catalogs. Sometimes it got frozen when I watch Netflix. I couldn't do anything even turn off the TV using the remote. I had to plug the cable out then plug it in again.

This is the 4th Sony TV that I've purchased in the "modern" era. I've found all to be very good. I miss a few of the features that have been removed (at least as far as I can tell) but otherwise quite satisfied. I can't label the inputs to specify the source.

I upgraded to this LED TV and it meets my current and future needs in watching TV. The Geek Squad did a great job in setting up the TV and it associated wiring with all my component systems. I would recommend this TV if you are going to upgrade your TV watching.
