Thank you for sharing your feedback, ReginaldI.

We are very sorry to hear about the dark shading on your K-65S20M2 screen. This is certainly not the premium picture quality we aim for, especially so soon after purchase. We want to help resolve this immediately—please contact our support team at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=tv so we can investigate your warranty options.

Thank you for considering Sony.
