Wow what a TV!

A bit bright out of the box for my darker living room. Viewing angle is superb and deep blacks. Highly recommend this tv. VESA mount is lower compared to my Samsung I replaced that resulted in higher mounting height. VESA extension should correct that. Digital audio output is mini toslink.

Premium Picture Quality with a Seamless Best Buy B

The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The QD-OLED panel delivers deep blacks, vibrant and accurate colors, and incredible clarity. Movies and shows look cinematic, and even regular TV content appears noticeably sharper and more lifelike. Motion handling is smooth, making it excellent for sports and gaming, and the brightness and contrast hold up well in different lighting conditions. The Google TV interface is fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate, with quick access to all major streaming apps. Sony’s image processing really stands out, and the built-in sound quality is surprisingly strong—dialogue is clear and immersive without immediately needing a soundbar. I also want to highlight the excellent customer experience at Best Buy. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the differences between models, and the purchasing process was smooth. Delivery was on time, the TV arrived in perfect condition, and setup was straightforward. It’s reassuring to buy a premium TV from a retailer that stands behind its products. Overall, this TV is worth every penny. Between Sony’s top-tier performance and Best Buy’s great service, this was a five-star experience all around. I highly recommend the Sony BRAVIA 8 II to anyone looking for a premium 65-inch TV.

Bravia 8 Mk2 picks up right where the A95L left off with brighter highlights and better near black handling. This is made possible by Samsung's 4th generation QD OLED panel which offers more headroom. This is a more efficient panel but Sony has still tuned it judiciously. This is a good thing because it means the Bravia 8 II should be evergreen and allow it to age gracefully with little degradation. However, be advised the included remote is not backlit as one might expect. All manufacturers are going backwards when it comes to remotes and I don't know why! Do yourself a favor and purchase a replacement A90J or A95L remote separately to have a more premium feeling. If Sony were to release this in 77" this TV would be a lot more popular. A95L is still a fantastic option if you want a larger size. A glossy QD OLED with Sony processing is the trifecta for image quality!

The brightness and color this tv produces is simply amazing. There are many times while watching SDR 1080p content that it looks like its in native 4k. Having a Quantum Dot Oled panel with sonys level of calibration and dolby vision support makes this tv the superior option for those that want the absolute best tv for watching movies and shows.

Best TV I've Ever Had

Everything is better from the contrast ration to the color clarity. The Sony remote doesn't constantly lose connection like the Samsung one did due to their Bluetooth antenna issues. The Bravia app is also leaps and bounds better than Samsung's Smarthings. This TV Connects with Google giving a seamless transition from your phone to your TV. There is so much customization in the menus that you can configure from your phone or the TV. Movies look great on this TV. I recommend getting a sound system for the full experience if you can afford it.

I purchased this Bravia 8 II for my bedroom. I find myself now in my bedroom more than my living room because the processing and picture quality on the Sony is amazing. My one and only TV

The brightness is insane and lowering it to minimum is a must if you are a night time youtube watcher before bed. However, during the day and for all other experiences, this TV is amazing. The OLED blacks are super dark and the colors are vivid. I got this TV for gaming on my PS5 and for the future PS6 eventually. 120 fps and VRR are noticeable right off the bat. Lots of customization in the settings to make it how you want. Crazy TV. Paired with a good soundbar, i’m set for a longtime.

I lost some "worth" since they de-valued my TV due to it was almost 2 years old so I put in a few more dollars and upgraded to the Bravia 8II. It is the best OLED TV out there for picture quality. The only issue or problem so to speak is the CAMERA which DID NOT come with the HDTV and had to purchase separately. Still having issues with GEEK SQUAD not wanting to install the camera securely to the back but the SONY Bravia 8II is definitely worth it. (minus the camera unless provided in price)
