Fantastic OLED TV. Highly reflective surface can be distracting at times, however this is normal for OLEDs. Picture is excellent, setup was very easy and the menus are very responsive. Apps load lightning fast. Picture needed some adjustment for my subjective preference. I’m very impressed so far!

What a GREAT tv. I went from a 2016 OLED to this guy. It's worth every dollar. If you have a BB near you with a demo, take a trip to see it. I have never seen a tv that has a picture this good!

Best TV with bright colors

This is the best TV I've every laid eyes on. The brightness of the colors both light and dark hues are astounding. We have the TV in a room with natural light coming in and it does not detract at all from the colors whatever time of day you may watch TV. The interface with Google TV is easy to navigate (I have only used Cinematic and Gaming modes). There was just a problem syncing with a Sonos soundbar using eArc (it kept disconnecting when the TV was turned back on), but this was remedied by connecting the soundbar directly to the digital audio output. Overall, this is the highest quality TV in terms of colors and detail and I am happy with my purchase.

This TV is fantastic. We put it in our living room which is one of the brighter rooms in the house. While the glare does reduce our enjoyment of the picture, it's only slight. Although the speakers are acceptable, I do recommend getting a sound bar or other speakers.

Lines around the edge of tv

Can only rate this a 4 Sony has an issue with the picture and edge of there tvs I’ve had the a90j and a80k both tvs have that thin white line the whole way around the screen, I thought maybe it was my streaming but I’m getting 500mbs download to the tv,also I purchased a Sony blue ray player and the get the same result Looks like a real clear picture laying over a picture when you get real close to the tv and look at the problem

The picture quality of this of this tv is worth the extra expense. Was easy to set up. I use a Bose sound bar system so I cannot really comment on the sound quality. Have always liked and trusted Sony products and this so far has been another great experience.

This TV's picture quality is the best. You won't need an external speaker. The TV sound/ acoustic surface sound quality is exceptional. Google TV built-in is a leap above the Android TV built-in to past Sony models.

I love the color and clarity of the picture, and the size of the TV is perfect; however, the TV seems to turn itself on intermittently at odd times and I find it with a ?screensaver? scene -- no audio, or a show that I was watching the night before. Haven't found a fix yet.

Awesome TV - It should be… You can walk right up to it and never see a pixel, assuming you have strong incoming signals, equipment, etc while tuned to a HD channel or better and it’s hard to find a pixel, if there are any.

The picture on this TV is the best I've ever had!!

The TV has an excellent picture!! My problem is I bought this tv and it started doing random things, like turning on by itself, changing channels by itself and other little things like that. Sony had it shipped back to them and eventually sent me a replacement, but it came to me damaged. So they finally got me a new one and got it all set up. My problem with the new one is it's starting to do weird little things now, like the remote doesn't always work with my cable box, but some days it works as it should and I have changed the batteries. Also when I use Google assistant to turn the tv or change the channel on it works every once in awhile, so that's kind of aggravating to me. But again, the picture is the best I've ever had and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Good but Lacks

Colors and brightness are definitely top notch. Gaming is perfectly fine as well. However, when watching movies and TV shows on the native apps, I could not see where the new XR processor shows it’s power. The TV does not even support VRR for PS5/XSX even though it’s the most expensive in the line. Definitely not worth the $5000 I paid…
