    after a month of contemplating watching TV reviews on YouTube" along with countless visits to the stores to figure out which TV we finally wanted at the best price available, I'm beyond thrilled that we chose the Sony X90L Bravia TV 65 Inch, not only did it end up showing so much better at our home which is in itself something I was concerned about , but should be no surprise since we had a Sony before and it was our favorite TV and showed just perfect and just right " gorgeous colors as always, sharp, impressive, and why would I look anywhere else ""

    Sony 65" Bravia LED UHD Smart TV

    Outstanding flatscreen at a very affordable price. The 65" class is a perfect size for a family room. Colors are sharp and clear. The only negative is the remote, which has limited features for such an excellent Smart TV.

    Love it - hardly any complaints

    I purchased a 55” Samsung QLED from Sam’s Club over Black Friday for around $650 and the picture quality wasn’t great and it was extremely slow/unresponsive to the commands of the remote. I returned it and looked elsewhere and I’m very glad I did because this SONY is 100x better than the Samsung. The picture is awesome. The 65” screen size is also much better than the 55”. I really love the Google home in contrast to the Samsung home. My only slight complaint is occasional lagginess of the TV in response to a command given on the remote. It’s not the internet connection, and the TV is up to date, so not sure what it is. It’s rare. Overall, 10/10. The sound is surprisingly really loud and clear for TV speakers and the brightness of the picture is almost too good on the “Vivid” setting.

    It's been over a year since I bought this but this is like best Full Array Sony TV ever purchased nice huge upgrade over X90K huge brightness booster, better colors then X90K, slightly better local dimming for better contrast, and awesome gaming performance,

    I am very satisfied with the TV. I had done some research trying to figure out what I should upgrade to coming from a 2016 mid range model. This Sony tech is INCREDIBLE. Started watching the Copa America soccer tournament, it's sharp as hell! The Reality Creation is amazing at making things look 4k! And probably my most favorite thing is that the Sony is appreciably brighter ( my living room has 6 windows, so a lot of natural sunlight ) and I have no problem watching anything on it. If you're not totally sold on OLED, and want something colorful, sharp and bright, this is a solid option.

    Amazing TV

    I absolutely love my TV, but the time I had to wait just for someone to acknowledge me was insane. I was by the TV that I wanted to purchase. 3 Best Buy people walked by me as if I was glass. I finally got in line at the checkout counter, then the cashier looked up and said oh I will send someone to assist you. It took another 15 minutes, but I was patient. I have waited 8 months since my other TV went out. I had my other Sony TV for 17 years. The rep came and even though she was not able to get the TV to come on I appreciated her effort and response. I feel that I made an excellent choice.

    Perfect for the money

    We got the 98in. Without spending huge money this is the best bang for the buck for giant screens. Little slow software but most Sonys are. Screen quality is nice for the price. Happy with purchase. It won’t replace an oled but unless your a hifi expert this with fit the bill. Pic quality is way above avg and extremely bright.

    Sony XR X90XL 65" Television great, But

    Recommended with reservations. This Sony XR X90XL had an amazing picture right from the moment I unboxed and set it up. The sales staff at my local Best Buy are amazing. Now the bad news. The TV worked for one week. Sony support performed a remote diagnostic and we were temporarily able to reset the TV. But, once again the set went out in 1 day. Best Buy scheduled a replacement to be delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately due to problems with the weather and the contracted delivery service, the set never arrived. This was on a Saturday, the Best Buy phone repeatedly disconnected me. On Sunday I went back to the store. The Customer Service personnel were anxious to help, but could not schedule delivery for another 5 days. Not acceptable! It was originally delivered on September 27. It's now October 17 and the replacement was just delivered. With the state of the electronics industry today, I highly recommend an extended warranty

    Solid Choice

    Umm WOW. If you're like me and have researched like crazy which TV to get you have seen that this TV edges out TCL/Hisense options which all seem pretty great as well. Don't let the the lack of mini led sway you away this tv is plenty bright and the colors are very accurate due to it's better processor. Yes, you pay a bit more but you get a great viewing experience and the Sony build reputation which is worth the small bump in price. Sony color science is amazing and is Sony itself is deeply rooted in the motion picture industry so if you want the closest to industry standard at this price range ..this one is for you.

    Sony products by and large are remarkably amazing. This current Sony Bravia purchased is for the living room, but I also have another Sony television, that I moved to the bedroom. That one I have owned for well over a decade and the quality remains outstanding (unheard of). The Sony Bravia's quality gives the experience of going to the movies. It is reasonably priced and the effort placed it production shows the buyer that it is not solely about selling a product for profit, but ensuring the customer receives a long lasting and high quality product.

    I have had Sony products in the past. I purchased this particular model because of it's size and my spouses failing eyesight. Upgraded from an eight year old non LED Sony that was 48 inches and worked well. This television is amazing. Clear picture, streaming is seamless, have been able to easily add aps and use the ones loaded at the factory. Love the features provided and it works flawlessly and seamlessly. But it didn't fix vision problems my spouse has experienced, she has cateracts, so now we get to fix that, too. True color of this set is amazing, and connecting to external soundbar seamless.

    In early December 2023, two Geek Squad agents installed my new 65 inch Sony X90L TV. I've had the TV for a little more than a week and, so far, it is fantastic. It is situated in a fairly large very bright room yet still produces a great picture even on the brightest days. The picture quality is even more impressive during night time viewing. From my perspective, the picture is perfect right out of the box. TV programs, movies and sports, whether from cable or streamed, are all flawlessly processed and displayed by this TV. (As a side note: I have Xfinity cable. Mainly for esthetic reasons, I wanted to avoid having any cable or streaming set-top box, hoping to use a native app on Sony to stream Xfinity. I searched both Sony and Xfinity websites as well as various online articles and conversations. These presented contradictory claims regarding the availability of the Xfinity app for download on this Google TV. For anyone who may have this same question, I can say that it is NOT  available.  I had to retain the set-top box.) The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable and courteous, and they did a very professional job mounting and setting up the TV,  connecting it to the HT devices, and hauling away the old TV for recycling. Unfortunately, I failed to have them demonstrate fully how to use the interconnected devices and their remotes. After they left, I encountered the consequences of this failure, when I couldn't access the AVR setup menu, and some other AVR functions. Since this appeared to be a connection or setup issue, I contacted BB the next day and after a very long trip through the chat options, I was able to speak to a living  person. The agent offered various unworkable suggestions, before finally agreeing to send the Geek Squad to the house the following week to resolve the issue. Over the following few days, I continued trying to access the AVR settings. I  ultimately found a partial solution from a Google search. I was able to reach and use the AVR setup menues, while other functions that I used to access from the AVR remote before the new TV was installed were no longer available.  After attempting various methods to correct this issue, I concluded that these options were probably no longer available because the devices were now connected directly to the TV (as I wanted) and not through the 13 year old HD AVR, as they had been previously. I decided that nothing more could or needed to be done, and made several failed attempts to cancel the scheduled service call. Therefore, on the morning of the scheduled appointment, the service tech telephoned to say that he would arrive in 30 minutes or so.  I told him that I thought I had resolved the main issues, and that I didn't want to waste his time by having him come to the house. I apologized for any inconvenience that I may have caused, and canceled the appointment.  He was very understanding, saying that if I needed help in the future, I could always make a new appointment. That same day I realized that I could not operate the radio from the AVR remote. I rescheduled a trouble shooting in-home service, which took place today. All issues, mostly due to my ignorance of how to work through some new settings, were resolved. I highly recommend the Sony X90L, and the excellent work done by Best Buy's Geek Squad.

    Easy pick up at local Best buy for an online purchase! Well packaged! Easy installation and setup! Very satisfied with this tv, it replaces a 22 year old Sony Bravia, so it is quite the upgrade! Very pleased! Thanks !!!

    By far the best television I’ve ever owned. I am absolutely blown away and stunned by the color. Many of my friends are as well. I had no idea that 65 inches would fill up a living room to the extent that does. it’s almost too big for my room. The 65 inch screen is also great for viewing wide screen, format, movies. The only minor drawback that I have with this TV is that without a sound bar or home theater the voices get mixed in too much with the other background sound. This may be a problem you need to me because I’m 67 years old, and my hearing is starting to go sadly due to too much loud rock ‘n’ roll in the 70’s

    Incredible picture quality. Noticed the difference over the LG we had as soon as I turned this tv on in our house. Great value and honestly a sleeper at it's price point.

    The picture on this TV is awesome, and the screen actually looks black when there is nothing on the screen. I always hated how I could see light in the corners etc on my other LED TV. When I'm watching something where there is a light bulb or light source in the show or movie it actually looks real, really impressive. Hands down the best TV I've ever had.

    I couldnt be happier with this tv, the picture is fantastic and the price was even better! Ive always thought all 4k tvs were the same, just gives a 4k image, but boy was I wrong. I bought a hisense U8 about a year ago for the same price and the picture on this tv just blows it out of the water. I know this isnt sonys top model but its a step above any other tv ive ever purchased. I am now a sony lifer!

    Great TV for a great price

    Great TV! Initially purchased the 65" but my girlfriend accidentally challenged my manhood saying that it didn't look bigger than the last TV I had, so as any man would do, i returned this one and got the 75" to really show her. I am now blind due to the extreme brightness this TV puts out in my too small for a 75" room but man do I love it. Great picture and classic shows like Head of the Class and Mr. Belvedere never looked better. I would highly recommend this TV especially considering its price point compared to OLED tvs.
