My new tv

And a big shout out to the guy who literally did go the two extra miles for me. He answered every single question. He was very intelligent on TVs and different options and stuff that I never even heard ! I think his name was Darren or Darrell. He’s been at the Best Buy for a while and works in the TV department the nicest guy and patient he worked with me for two hours making my purchase on this TV to get me what I really really wanted.

Simply Amazing

I went from an older Samsung Crystal LCD and it's not even comparable. If you can spring it and care for a little bit more light/dark display, I'd say go with the OLED but otherwise this is still an amazing TV. I broke it in with Dune and paired it with a Hisense 5.1.

This TV has an amazing picture quality, as well as many features to customize it to your liking. The features provided will help you get the best out of it, and with a good sound system by its side, you will feel as if you were in a movie theater. It also does amazing when playing console games on it. Do recommend!

I thoroughly enjoy the fact that when I plugged in my PS five TV informed me which HDMI poor would be optimal for performance would recommend.

A fantastic 120hz tv for everyday use

I am a little nuts when it comes to research before purchase and everything pointed to this tv. The image quality and motion is amazing. The only downside will be that I can’t ever buy anything lesser quality than this tv!

PS5 with VVR is great, the Google TV software is a great addition, and I also love the picture! If you want something close to an OLED without the price, I would recommend researching this TV. Absolutely in love.

Subpar Television

The Sound Bar blocks the remote reception. Have to stand up to turn the unit on and off. Totally disappointed in this unit. But after the previous tv died after just a little over two year of use. The protection plan was very disappointing. The replacement was a couple hundred less than the original one. They could've replaced with a unit that was a couple hundred over. But am concerned with the quality of Sony products now. I bought the previous television because I had a Sony 50 inch that had lasted for over 22 years. In fact it is still in use in the master bedroom.

We take the quality of our products seriously and are sorry to hear that this TV didn't live up to your expectations. At Sony, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take all feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our products. Please note: The stand can be adjusted into two different positions (Standard and Soundbar position). The height of the Stand increases at approximately 70 mm/ 2.7 inches when the TV is in the Soundbar position so we highly recommend switching to soundbar position if your soundbar is blocking the remote sensor.
Also. there are various settings that you can configure in [Picture] settings to increase the brightness, colors, and contrast level to improve the overall viewing experience on your Sony TV. You may refer to the link below for more information about the picture adjustment settings of the TV:

We could not be happier! Beautiful, crisp, sharp, bright picture. The colors leap off the screen, especially reds and blues. And, the TV has hook-ups for our older Surround system. The value of this TV, for what it costs, is off the charts. We thought our previous Sony had a great picture, but with newer technology, this Sony is a fantastic TV.
