    Two stars only for the design and image quality in hd content. The tv has bad air channel reception the UI is laggy and freeze even in streaming apps. In a week I had to restart it 3 times. Motion is good only if you like soap opera effect if you dont like it expect attifacts and flickering. I returned it and bought a samsung q80c with less hype but much better in every aspect.

For optimum performance, it is recommended to keep the software version of the TV up-to-date. When using an antenna, it must be connected properly. The type of reception that you'll receive will depend on the antenna type that you're using and how far a particular station is. The TV has a [Motion] setting to help you adjust the picture quality to your needs. Resetting the TV to factory settings may also help resolve those issues.

    We just got this tv and at first everything was great but we are returning it due to google tv failures, the operating system is bugged, google home does not show the camera, the assistant freezes and so does our shows. I had to hard reboot the tv 6 times and we are even hardwired to ethernet.

    The TV was installed at the standard settings. We had to fiddle with the settings to achieve an acceptable picture.

    Keeps Freezing.

    Do not buy. It started freezing 2 weeks after I bought it. I have to unplug it and plug it back in every day or sometimes twice a day. Sony knew about this problem 2 years ago and still has not come up with a fix. It looks like they don't have a fix for it. You can use amzn fire stick as a work around but the picture quality will not be the same so why pay so much for a Sony that has a fire tv picture quality. Ridiculous

    The back of the tv has this weird cheap material. The screen is thicker than I thought it would be and worst of all the picture. It’s super dark even on the highest brightness. It seems like the only bright TVs from Sony are the high end ones starting at like 2k and above. You can do better Sony.

    Non compatible remote with sound bar

    Another Sony Bravia within a couple months that keeps freezing! We constantly need to unplug the TV to reset and restart. We want to like it, because the picture quality is excellent.

    TV is great if I got any channels. I went from 69 down to 8. Best Buy wants to charge me every time to fix the problem. Disgusted and won’t buy from them again
