If you're finding the screen a bit dim, we recommend going to Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Brightness and ensuring that Eco Mode and the Ambient Light Sensor are turned off, while setting Peak Luminance to High. For sound, you can boost the volume and clarity by navigating to Settings > Display & Sound > Sound and adjusting the Dialogue Enhancer or changing the Dynamic Range to Compressed to make the audio consistently louder.

I also have encountered sometimes the wifi dropping and then reconnecting. Other than that the TV has been great! If you can catch it on sale I would recommend picking it up.

Picture is absolutely amazing and sound is so good that I may not get a sound bar (which I had planned to do.) User interface only ok; the Sony I had from 10 years ago was better. I wish I had not installed Google TV. Quite a nuisance. As for the TV itself I could not ask for more. To qualify my response I mostly watch sports and movies. Hockey is amazing on it.

After doing research I realized this is the Bravia 8 minus some contrast feature. I loved the look of the 8 in store so I took a chance and saved a few hundred to get this model and it is exactly what I wanted. I can’t speak for the sound because I use a soundbar but the speakers facing out is a neat idea.

So unsure. Haven’t experienced it in a while. But overall experience has been excellent, very good in comparison to my LG oled
