I love that it upgrades the picture even if it’s not a 4K movie. Google TV definitely is a must.

I wanted to like this tv. Great colors and pictures on streaming and TV. Washed out on HDR movies and gaming. I'm using a xbox one x. This is an edge lit panel and there is a ton of light bleed from the bottom. I have to change settings on each viewing content just so it is decent. Sorry Sony, I gave this a shot but it is going back after less than a week.

The remote and the operating system is quirky. But, the picture quality is Great!

Smart TV not too smart. Seems recordings get "lost" in the system and must find them out of the List. They all go to "history of Recordings" and will find them some times. It may be my error for now so will keep trying to make recordings stay in the List. Is it my provider - Direct TV? I can make 5 recording at once. Is that the problem?

I really like the TV. The image quality is fantastic, better than reality IMO. The software is strange to me. I’m not used to smart Tv’s I suppose. Luckily it has buttons that go directly to Netflix. Works great for watching amazon prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube l, etc. I would buy it again.

I've had Samsung and LG UHD TVs in the past, but nothing really compares to Sony, in my opinion. I game a little bit with my Xbox One and the colors and graphics look amazing with the HDR feature on this TV. My only drawback is that sometimes these features aren't automatic. I had to manually adjust the settings to get the right quality and refresh rate for my Xbox, my Apple TV and such.

This sony Tv is great it amazes me how when i connect it to my ps4 and turn on the ps4 control it turns on the tv and switches to the system . The only complain i have is when i use the app crackle which is already installed and owned by sony it has trouble loading it i had to reset the tv in order to get it working which was anoying to set up again ,but after that it works great.

Good price and n this Sony brand received as open box. No complaints so far

From the bias recommendation given by the best buy employee wearing a Sony shirt, this was the best TV out of my choices... I started with the LG Sk8000. The LG was a good choice, but after the hdmi ports stopped working I decided to switch. My next choice was simply a mistake! I went with this Sony and I could not have been more disappointed. The blacks sucked, the HDR was slow, refresh rate while playing PS4 were terrible! Took it back the next day. I ultimately went with the 65" Samsung NU8000. This my friends is the best all around picture quality, gaming, and Google hub friendly TV on the market! Do not waste time, money or get to know the best buy associates by name..lol...this is the best TV for the buck. Best advice is to watch a video on YouTube on setup settings for the best picture settings and you will not be disappointed!

This is the first Sony TV that I have bought and so far I’m very pleased. I normally buy Samsung and was convinced by the Best Buy salesman to go Sony. I am planning on being pleased with this tv for years to come.

TV is great. Sound from speaker could be better. Picture is the greatest!

This is a great tv and the picture is extremely clear. Our cats love to watch.

i love my sony tv its a very advance tv with 4 hdmis and you even have ac jacks on the back.. and one of the best parts is it has has a speaker phone so when searching on you tube, netflix, etc you could just speak to it instead of typing one by one with the remote

Nice TV. I have 4 of them in two homes. Do not try with their sound bar.

We love this TV and give it 4 out of 5. My only beef is wifi strength reception and the HDMI ARC connection. ARC worked great before we did the firmware update. Spent hours on the phone with Sony, (thank you) but it works occasionally. Sony support was great and we thought we had it. All in all a great TV and we are pleased.
